Tyrone was extremely kind and provided me excellent customer care. Not only did he save me money, but he also made me feel 100% satisfied with the way he approached and executed his work. The first time I came, I needed to install a new windshield brush. The second time, I had an issue with the windshield cleaner fluid pipe. Both times, I was met with kindness and professionalism.

Been coming to this location since 2012 & Ive never been disappointed. Mike usually there & always so kind & friendly. My husband just had surgery & we needed a battery replaced. Mike was there & installed the new battery for me. He has no idea how him doing that lifted so much stress.

Excellent customer service from a staff that is professional & very knowledgeable. The layout is logical although it is a smaller than usual store. They always have promotions and or discount offers so you know you are getting a good deal. The only bummer is that it does not have a tank to dump your used oil.

They are pretty fair. They do lend tools and they will charge a battery it really depends on who is there if they are will or able to help you. 3/5 I go because it close but its not my first choice.

Not only gave me wrong parts, also won’t return or exchange it, and even told me I have to buy an adapter so I can use it, when l turned around and left, the guy was cursing behind me, worst auto zone I’ve ever been to.

I bought windshield wiper blades here. Reasonable prices, helpful staff. Will not hesitate to come back if I ever need to.

Sales guy acted as if I was invisible and took care of a later arriving customer first. The other sales guy was on the phone and did not acknowledge me.

Ive never had problems and they also have 24 hours at a different location.

I like that they are able to test my battery in about 15 minutes pending on wait time. It was simple to buy and have them change the battery for me without have to reset the radio settings in my car. I would recommend going to this place for any battery needs!

I love this location because all the representatives are willing to help you with minor assistance with your car (check engine light free service, checked levels, changed my battery on the spot, etc). My favorite auto shop. Go here BEFORE you get parts from anywhere. Do AutoZone rewards, youll be happy once you get that discount.

This location is kind of small and their selection is slightly limited. But they do offer the ordering in option, where they order it for you and will have it available soon, or they tell you the closest autozone location that does have the part you need in stock. Customer service here is great, and the employees are nice. My go to for small fixes here and there.

Had to buy steering wheel fluid for my van, 2003, Honda Odyssey. But I had it fixed by my mechanic along with another leak it had so that wont be a problem for me anymore.

Always have what you need for your car at a fair price.

Went to this location to get new wiper blades and asked the store manager to change them for me how it says in the sign they have Did the work with bad attitude and even left the blade cover on it. When I asked a simple question if they were the same size that the previous ones his answe very rude was I don’t measure them! Bad service, didn’t add my points to my account.

Small, but very helpful. I was looking for brakes for my 13 ss camaro, and they had them when other auto part places didnt. They are my go to parts place.

I went to the chino hills pkwy location, this autozone is different than the locations I usually go to ( I live in san Diego) they do not greet or even acknowledge you when you enter the store....even with 2 employees in eye sight when I walked in. So I started looking for 1 of the items I needed, however I couldnt find what I was looking.... so I finally went over to the 2 employees engaged in a personal conversation (maybe they didnt care for the interruption? But I felt I had waited long enough for them to finish talking about the autozone locations in Ontario!) Vince L. Was the employee who made eye contact with me so I asked him for help. Vince L. Looked dumbfounded when asked(which was funny because the clerk at the parts store I went to after I left that location, was able to immediately answer my question and take me right to what I needed!) A few minutes later Vince L. Walked up to me, and pretended to attempt to help at that point I answered my own/initial question...and told him there was a sign next to the items that helped me with said question (he seemed/pretended to be a manager he should know what kind of signage with information us in the store!) Its sad that machines are replacing humans in most businesses....but Vince L. Is the prime example of why it seems to work! I would say this location has poor customer service, but there was no customer service to even rate! Id say unless you want to pretend your an autozone, and do all the work yourself...... dont go to this location! I know I wont return to this autozone again!
