I have gone there several times for FEDEX services because I had issues with USPS services in the past few months with lost packages. Yesterday 07-06-2021, I was helped by Jeanne....I requested FEDEX services and trusted that would happened, I never stated any other services.I did not notice until today (next day) Jeanne picked USPS, too late now but I did not like her attitude when I called to let her know the mistake, I stated a few times that I wanted FEDEX ....I never write reviews but this one deserves 0 stars!!!!!!I run a company, good service always comes with good attitude and admitting a mistake and apologizing makes a great difference!

This place reminds me of an operation because of Cletus, Roscoe, Jeanne, etc., whom know the owner and are welcome there. The business has rude staff, and it looks more like a 1970’s gift shop at a hospital than an actual business that works with carrier services. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business.

The blonde girl is so very rude. Owner should definitely hire a undercover to see how condescending she can be. But unfortunately they are down the street so I deal with it🤷🏻‍♀️.

Good place to get fingerprinting and notarizations, and do mailings

I have been serviced by Parkway Postal for over 4 years and I am impressed! The customer service is knowledgeable and friendly. My needs included Notary (which was quick and easy), mailing out packages (which was time efficient and convenient), finger printing and background services (thorough and successfully administered), and recently renting out a large mailbox (good for my Family and Business needs). Thank you Postal Parkway for all you do.

Needed a notary for a Power of Attorney and UPS did not have a 2nd witness....went to Parkway Postal and they quickly and professionally provided a great notary service and overnight shipping. Loved the eclectic collection of wares that they sell.

Ive had a mailbox here for about a year. The staff has always been very friendly and hard-working. Whenever Ive needed help on something unusual, theyve scrambled to help.Yes, their prices are a little high, but thats true of every postal/packing place Ive ever visited. It seems to go with the territory. If you want rock-bottom shipping prices, go directly USP/FedEx/USPS. If you want the convenience of a local store go to a postal/packing place.

No customer service, they charged me $150.00 for a notary should have been $15.00. I caught this a few days later and called them. To make is easier for them I drove back there to have to issue a refund. They could careless that the over charged me and offer no compensation for the inconvenience. I returned today and mentioned the issue to them and asked for a discount for my previous mess up, they said no. I will no be going here again, if they can even offer 1/2 off or something for their mistake why would you trust them for any service when they dont take responsibility and make it right for the customer .

Parkway Postal is located on the corner of Chino Hills Parkway and Pipeline in the city of Chino Hills. They do all types of mailing and shipping, plus notary and private mail box rental. Their service is superb and their people are so friendly. I’ve been coming here for over 20 years (since they were Mail Boxes Etc) and Jeanne and her crew have been the utmost professionals; beats going to the post office anytime.

I have been going there a few times a month for years. I liked their service so much, that when it came time to get a PO Box, there was no question as to where we would get it.Love their service!

Small local business offering a community service while offering employment to folks in the area. It’s a satellite PO/UPS place fer chrissakes! They do what they do well enough. The kids try to be friendly, so haters go someplace else. They’re working for a livin’, nothing more, nothing less.

I have lost count of how many times ive been lied to by the #$%^&* running this place, and even though I havent had a box there for several months, theyre still lying to me and causing me headaches.Ive seen some poorly run businesses, but this place takes it to the extreme. Everything is overpriced, including the gifts (junk) they sell in there, and im lucky to get a straight answer out of anyone. If I ask the question again, they get pissy and blame me, saying I have a bad attitude. Well, my attitude is a reflection of how you treat me, and when you lie to me, waste my time, refuse to answer my questions, and create problems for me, youre not going to like the response! (duh)

So I routinely send packages to my parents and know what it should cost, this place was 3 times more expensive then anywhere else. Also in the middle of my transaction the guy left to take a phone call about giving away hours to another employee. NEVER AGAIN!
