Typically a very well kept establishment. Know your prices before you enter. I had trouble using my phone while inside the store. The staff is usually very helpful and easy to find. I usually shop here when stocking up. My family is 4-6 people. Sometimes I wont buy items because they will expire before we would use them. But you usually can find great buys on non perishable items. Usually worth the trip.

I was very disappointed with Sams today! I went in to get my flat changed & was told they had 2 ahead of me & the guy was leaving at 4.( Which I totally understand!) This was at 3pm.Then I walked by the garage doors & 3 people was back in there at tire center talking & goofing off.This made a long drive 25 miles I the pouring.I called store to vent but I feel like thats as far asIt goes!

Sams club is well worth the membership, the money you save on one trip can pay the membership. They have bulk selection, perfect for pantries, they also have a nice variety of high quality products you typically wont see anywhere else.. They have really nice jewelry also, and a snack stand up front, get some frozen yogurt browse around. Cant lose

Love Sams the scan and go app is worth membership. Saves so much time on the big days and even more on the quick pick-ups. This store is always well kept and stocked.

I love the place. This store seems to have the products that are missing at the sc store closest to me.

So I went to sams club yesterday and they didn’t have what I needed and they asked me to call in the next day (aka today). so I called, asked about it, and then got put on hold for a hour and a half listening to the worst hold music I’ve heard in my life until we decided to just recall them…after recalling they told us almost immediately they didn’t have any and hung up in the rudest way possible (basically just said “we don’t have them” and ended the call)…Thanks for wasting a hour and a half of my time sams club.

Bought 4 new tires and had installed. There was only two guys working in the tire department and they totally kicked butt!!! I was surprised how efficient they were and their positive attitudes. Great experience

It is easy to spend money at sams with all the special buys.

When I had trouble finding something employees were very helpful. If they were doing something else they stopped and helped me right away. Only bad thing is I miss the trial foods or drinks. Cant blame Sams Club for that. COVID did it.

Good deals and clean store. Getting out membership card was quick and painless. I would avoid going on a Saturday if you arent interested in seeing how many other people have memberships.

I avoided Sams because you have to buy a membership but its totally worth it. I finally caved in and it was the best decision. I hate grocery shopping due to crowding in the stores, but Sams was very open, staff was friendly and informative, and prices were fantastic for bulk items.

Numerous people walking through the store without masks. Team Leader says that there is nothing they can do.

Went to get gas at the Pump with the sign ad showing $1.869 per gallon. Get to the pump and it charges $1.899. Told to get reimbursed inside the store. Store says they have no control over their sign and pump prices. Corporate in AK is aware and must change it. It’s still fraudulent to me! .50 cents every vehicle every five minutes every hour times frequency of four vehicles at a time means they are scamming the public about $120 per hour and over $1,400 in 12-hours. This problem started yesterday and it’s still not fixed? How many other sights are having the same problem? I guess Sam’s club is having trouble paying their bills this month, huh? They found a way to do it hoping no one takes the time to go back and get their refund! Shame on you Sams Club!

In and out quickly. Would have given it a 5 star but unfortunately they didnt seem to enforce the wearing face mask there.

I was able to get everything I needed including toilet paper. The shelves were all stocked and field. As they always should be. Everything in moderation

Most of the people dont wear masks, or wear them improperly. My wife and I was very uncomfortable, so much so we passed on things we wanted to purchase there.

Always like going to Sams. Do miss the picnic tables to be able to sit down, get something to drink and wait on daughters to finish shopping. I am 80 years old. So would have to say experience not as pleasant as in the past.

I really like Sams club. Have been a member for years. I love the plus membership because it has free shipping and since I am 45 min from Sams I can order alot of my stuff and have it delivered right to my door.

Sams club has no consideration for their employees and for events that happen outside of self control. Today my boyfriend had his first day and unexpectedly had his tire and breaks go out on the highway making him late for his first day. They gave him no contact information to contact his supervisor since it was a 4am shift. Was no able to get ahold of anyone till 8am and they told him there was nothing they could do, he was automatically terminated. Left him without a job for something that could have been easily avoided if they would have gave him a contact number Incase of emergencies like what happened this morning. You know what you get whenever you call the number listed for sams at 4am? “Sorry we’re currently closed. Our hours are-“. How does that help an employee?

So, Ive been using the app and having my stuff brought to me. I have NEVER had to wait this long. 30 minutes Ive been waiting. Im the only one here. Ive called inside and nothing. Still waiting. Dont offer a service if you cannot do it.
