Been with Rumpke many many years now. 110% recommend. Their staff and employees are always eager to help, are kind courteous and trash pick up is always on time and done very professionally. I’ve had several company’s over the years. We’ve stopped at Rumpke. Far superior over all others.

Rumpke is a great Trash removal service. They are prompt and always make sure that the cans are empty and put back where they should be. One time they didnt pick up the trash and we called and they were right on it. Good customer service.

Overall a good company to deal with. Rarely have a problem. Had two trash cans broken. They sent me new one. I bought one like it later. However they broke the handle/hinge on the one they sent me during last weeks pickup on August 24th. So well see. They stepped up with a replacement the last time. They do appear to be concerned about the customer.

No complaints ever. They do a great job and communicate holiday changes to the schedule well.

The guys are hard working, friendly and courtesy. They always set my can upright which I appreciate.

We have been with rumpke too long.I have a long list of complaints. In the last 6 years that Ive been with them. They are always faithful to pick up our neighbors trash I have to applaud them for that but I have had to call them multiple times and they would eventually pick it up or give an excuse as to why they didnt get it. For one saying we had chemicals on our trash the workers skin gets irritated. Which was a lie. Or we had more bags then accepted, another lie, or they picked it up at 630am and nothing was out there, another lie because we put our trash out the night before. This last time was it after 5 days of them promising to pick up my trash I moved on. Also beware when you call they raised our bill in a 6 year spam went from 79 to 129 every 3 months. Stay away from rumpke if you want to keep your sanity.

They are my garbage collector. I have never had any complaints about how much trash I put out even with their limits. Some weeks I forget to put it out so the next week there is twice the amount. When I do my spring and fall cleaning, there always seems to be more for a few weeks, but no complaints have ever came to me. They are always here on Fridays (my pick up day).

They pick our trash up weekly, always show up and will take all of it without leaving a mess. They will take bigger items if you call ahead, one per quarter.

Great service and always on time for a reasonable price.

When my mother and brother moved out they left behind two rooms of items they no longer wanted. Bag by bag we reclaimed our house and thanks to Rumpke its beginning to feel more like a home.

They are rude. Unprofessional. The driver who had my route are terrified of the two pups i have and havent even touched him. Place is a huge joke!

Took 5 minutes to navigate their automated answering system to get to speak to a live person. Only reason they received a 2 instead of a 1 was the fact that person who answered the phone was nice and apologetic. Another example of poor customer service by having an extremely poor answering system.

Mt latest experience with Rumpke has been very bad. In the last few months my weekly pick up has been missed more than it has been collected. Very, very, disappointed! No luck working with dispatch! Supervisor never calls after Im told he will. You need to do something with the management responsible for Bainbridge, Ohio!

Been in my new house for a month and a half, I have had to call them after every pick up day to remind them that I live here and yes I do have trash. When I call and ask to talk to a supervisor, the refuse to let me talk to them and make promises they cant keep. Yes the send someone out to fix the problem dor that week but I then have to call and go over the same thing all over again the next week. I am so frustrated!!

Got the trash dumped and not too expensive.

Never answer calls and if you get thru, the phone line is so bad you cant hear anyone. Bills paid and they dont show up to remove trash.

Service is good but they do not offer any recycling service. If you want to recycle look for other companies.

They bought out southern ohio disposal and have not picked my trash up since, going on a month .have made contact with them 4 times and was told someone will be the the next day and still nothing has happened.very poor service.
