We have used Vest Towing several times over the years either through our insurance company or personally. Each time they have been efficient, courteous and usually pretty prompt! I would definitely recommend calling them if you need a tow.

Vest towing was prompt, courteous, and helpful when our rental car got a flat tire and we needed assistance quickly. On a snowy & cold evening they were quick to arrive when we called for a tow which was great because we had a 5 month old baby in the car. Couldnt ask for better service, you guys are greatly appreciated.

It was an awful experience. I do not recommend this company. They gave my insurance a lm ETA and called me personally to tell me a longer ETA than they told my insurance. 90 minutes turned into 8 hours. I just need my car off the side of the road.

Tow truck refused to put my van back into the garage and just left it out in the yard. Threatened to take my van if I didnt cough it up even though it wasnt fully completed job.

I have struggled to find a decent auto repair facility who can complete auto repairs without breaking the bank. I have found such a place here. I Have utilized this facility for a couple of cars a few times over the last year. Very customer oriented, goal oriented, very knowledgeable about the auto repairs they do. Great service, full service, towing, friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Will and,do recommend.

The tow truck driver was great, and thats where it ended. I explained to him that I needed to get the repairs done and get back on the road due to deadlines, when I got to the shop the assistant manager told me I could go ahead and do the footwork by calling around and locating the parts that were needed. While doing so the ownercame out and said that he was already bending enough rules and that he didnt use parts that people brought in. I apologized several times and told him I was just trying to help locate everything not trying to step on anyones toes. he informed me that he was willing to take the item out of the bed of my truck and haul it to Kentucky and just charge triple AAA for a tow behind and he would fix it over the next several days. I understand that he had no control over when parts would be available however I couldnt just up and leave my job middle of the week to meet his schedule. so I decided to call AAA again and have them tow it to Kentucky where it needed to be. the owner came out and asked me if I had decided to go with AAA again I told him yes and 5 minutes later AAA called me and said that they could not tow it because it was overloaded. This mcwinebitch had no problem towing it just a couple hours earlier but when he decided he wasnt going to get paid to do the repairs he called and cried like Nancy Kerrigan about how much my truck weighed. I made sure to let AAA know the events and how they happened and then I canceled my subscription. Trust me there are much more honest people in the area and never again will that double standard POS get any business from me or anyone I get the chance to share my experience with.

Great bunch of guys and very professional and did a wonderful job on my truck that neeeded a new water pump thanks guys great job.

I took my car in to have the brakes replaced and the owner was so pleasant and professional I strongly recommend this place and will not be taking my car any other place

Stranded in Ohio on a road trip. Chris was absolutely great, calling us and keeping us updated on the status of the tow. Also went out of his way to inform us of the distance to the AAA recommended repair shop.

So horrible, don’t even waste your time! My tire busted, they were scheduled per my insurance with a 90 min. ETA, looked at my text, ETA time changed, now 40 min. longer, after sitting here 2hrs, called insurance and the towing place never even called them to tell them a change in the eta, so insurance calls them and they tell my insurance company they’re waiting on my insurance supervisor and the eta is now another hour longer. Waiting 3hrs, after already waiting 2 previously for a different tow company that never showed. This company shouldn’t even be in business, save your time, they’re terrible people!

Thanks Vest Towing! Helped me greatly with flat tire in middle of night and got car to repair shop. Appreciate the help as we were on our 12th hour of traveling when we got a flat. They were able to take the car while we got a ride home. Thanks so much! Tim

My Driver was Sam Fletcher and he had to be the best a traveler could ask for on a late night with a locked up axle at a friends house. Quality and timeliness were two things heavily considered by thos driver, thank you Sam Fletcher

If I could give negative stars, I would. My insurance company called Vest to come take my vehicle to the shop last week. They were supposed to call us and make an appointment because my husband works 3rd shift. They texted 10 minutes before they were to arrive and my husband wasnt home and the body shop it was supposed to go to was already closed. Husband called and asked them to come after he got home from work. The man on the phone was very rude and said that insurance had to call him to reschedule. So they did just that. We were told they would be here at whatever time and they didnt show up. So insurance called again and the guy said they had other things they had to do that morning and they would be right out. They still didnt show up. Insurance called again and got told the same thing. So our insurance had to call someone from all the way in Winchester to come and tow our vehicle to the shop. If you are going to make appointments then you should honor them. I lost 3 days because Vest didnt want to do their job. I only get a rental for so long and have a young child so I have to have my vehicle. I seriously dont know how Vest is still in business with their rudeness and laziness.

Called for a tow was told 2-3 hours. No problem I say. They called me after about 2.5 hours said they were on the way. 45 minutes later they call and say they cant pick it up right now, they got another call for a tow. We can get it later. Called another company they had it picked up in 30 mins. I would not use them again.

AAA /vest wouldnt take my car because it has aftermarket parts on it then I was walking back to see how much it would cost out of pocket and the dude just lift didnt give me a chance. If I could give no stars I would

Terrible service. They showed up, said they couldnt do the job with the truck that they had and would be back in the morning with a different truck and never came back.

Awful, awful company. We were stranded on the side of the highway for 3.5hrs in 20 degree weather. They lied to myself and my husband about where they were and how long they were going to be before getting to us. Unfortunately this is who our emergency road side assistance company used for a tow. NEVER again will we use this company.
