Wait was a bit longer then expected. The guys working there was fast and effective. They even checked all my lights to make sure they all worked. A little pricey but not really much more then anywhere else in the area. Only giving four stars cause of the wait time.

This place was amazing! Took about 20 minutes for everything. They topped off my liquids and even checked out my tires. All while I was in the car! All the guys at the shop were very fun to talk to.

They did not have the oil filter that was needed for my car. I went to a auto part store and they took it off my bill. Everyone was very nice and they were quick. I will be back for sure!!

I always get my oil changed here. Great service, quick and affordable. I had a bolt that was stripped in the air filter compartment. Nate and Dillon were very helpful Dillon was able to get the stripped bolt out and he installed the new air filter I had with me. No extra charge. I left very happy. Thanks!

Very efficient and very fast! The team was very professional and very pleasant. I really liked the mechanics cam where you physically see the technician working on your vehicle. Thats a definite plus and the first time I have ever seen that feature at any of the oil change locations. They got me in and out very efficiently! Awesome job guys!! 👍🏽

Was extremely helpful. Explained to me all three of my brakes lights was out. I asked if they could try just one bulb and if that did not fix issues, could they not charge for attempting to install the bulb. they told me they would not charge if it did not work after putting a new bulb in. The bulb replacement did work though. I had all three bulbs replaced. I just wish that overed a little of a discount if you need more than one bulb on price. they are quick and efficient in getting the car oil change done.

The price is high, but worth it in my opinion for the speed and convenience. Staff are professional and courteous, and the facility is clean. You can spend less money somewhere else, but youll spend more time, too, guaranteed. Stay away from the high markup extras (filters, bulbs, wipers) that you can probably get a lot cheaper at a retailer and do yourself in the driveway. The experience can be overwhelming at times, and if their communication isnt at 100%, they can inadvertently skip steps - nothing major, just the ancillary checks and fills (air filter, the pressure, wallet fluid etc., but concerning, all the same.Pros:- Super fast and convenient. In and out in 15-20 minutes for a basic oil change with no extras. And, you never have to leave your vehicle.- Super clean. You can see they care for and are proud of their facility, which tells you theyll care about your car, too.- Super professional. The men and women working there know what theyre doing. They are courteous and explain the process as they go through it. Their commitment to quality and safety is pretty obvious.- No hard sales. They do let you know about any service recommended for your vehicle, and explain why its recommended, the cost and how long it will take. They dont pressure you to buy anything. If something is really necessary, ask them if thats their best price - theyll usually knock a few bucks off if you ask.Cons:- The price. $70 for a basic, semi-synthetic oil change. Pretty stiff mark-ups on changeable items (air filters, bulbs, wipers) that you can probably change yourself and save 40-50% at Wal-Mart or auto parts store. They do have pretty decent coupons online to help.- The chaos. When they are really busy, the atmosphere can be pretty frenetic in there. During a 15 minute oil change, as many as 6 different people may touch your vehicle or talk to you. It can be confusing, and sometimes inconsistent services (missed this check this time, miss another next time) when they dont communicate well. Very noisy, with lots of shouting to one another.

The guys there are the whole reason I keep coming back, yea the price is good and you dont gotta do it yourself which is a definate bonus but the guys are just funny, sweet, caring, overall great people! They even know me by name and Ive only been there 3 times in a year and a half. If you are looking for a REAL family friendly business this is honestly the best choice you are ever going to get!

I was highly satisfied with the service and staff at Valvoline Instant oil change on Bridge St., Chillicothe, Ohio. The staff was very courteous and explained each step of the process succinctly and to my satisfaction. I was not pressured to buy any additional items and any item needing my attention was brought to my side window and explained to me in a way that helped me understand the situation and with enough information to make and informed decision. Would highly recommend this location to anyone needing a quick and professional oil change!

For the third time in a row that have failed to properly secure my skid plate after charging the oil. For the second time in a row their failure to secure it resulted in the loss of the screw that holds the skid plate in place. Its a wonder I didnt completely lose it while driving down the highway.Sorry to say but you have lost my business.

I had to stop here on a trip. I was due for a change and my oil looked dirty when I checked it. This store went through all the usual good checks that theyre supposed to. Then when they were done, the oil level on the dipstick was high. They took the time to drain some oil and figure out the right amount to fill with. Very professional. If I lived here Id be coming here regularly.

Always great service. Not the cheapest by far ... full synthetic oil change will run about $100. Not the cheapest but the best service.

I had my oil changed here one time, and then when I attempted to change my oil myself a few months later, it took 4 hours to remove the old filter from them putting it on too tight. I have never experienced this much trouble removing an oil filter in the past. Not to mention the oil was the most pure black oil I have ever seen come out of an engine, and I always change my oil at the same amount of miles. I do not recommend Valvoline at all. Take your business elsewhere.

Great place for messy oil change. Husband capable of changing oil, but where to put old stuff? Just go here and sit in your car and let them worry about it! So worth it! Yay!

I had transmission fluid changed and oil changed service was promt and correctly. If money were no concern I would rate them 5 stars but price was quite high for the transmission fluid considering it was 3.75 quarts of fluid and 2 bolts.
