Had to find parts for my Echo Chainsaw and no one around here sales parts for it. I found out on line that Wagners in Chillicothe has parts and services them so I checked it out after work Thursday last week. They had my parts but out of stock. They ordered what I needed. Great customer service and an amazing staff. Thanks for all the help.

These guys are the best in the county. I had a particularly good experience with them when I rented an auger.

I rented a tile saw for 24 hours and was approximately half an hour late returning it. Upon arrival I am charged an additional $36... The staff member was incredible rude about the situation and made me feel like a bad person for returning it late. I would not recommend doing business with this company based on this experience. Ive rented over $1,000 of equipment prior to today. This will be the last time I give them any money unless they can rectify the situation.

This is my 4th time renting from Wagner Rental Supply. They have decent prices, but more than that have a good bit of knowledge about their equipment and ready supply of what you need.I have rented a power washer and a floor sander the last two times and the people have been very kind and flexible. I turned my 1 day rental into a week rental over the phone with no issue. If you have a choice, I would call them up.

Great place friendly knowledgeable staff. Was looking to buy a compact tractor stopped in looked at the LS tractors talked with Tony here at the Chillicothe store. Not only do the guys rent and sell these units they also own them to me that says something.

Great place to rent from, the excavator I rented for a weekend developed a bad oil leak, not allowing me to finish my job.Upon returning the machine, they offered a free day rental the next weekend, with no hassle at all. Great place and helpful employees

Dropping off the welder I rented and my break sensor went out in my truck in there parking lot not letting me get out of park. There mechanic comes out with 3 other men find the issue called napa had the part delivered and fixed it for me ladies and gentlemen you will not find that kind of customer service at those big rental shops they are hands down without a doubt top notch.

They didnt have a machine at the chillicothe location and offered to go get it at the Jackson location for the dates I needed it reserved. Great customer service! I tell all my friends about this great place!!

Rented on the labor day weekend. Supposed to be pay for one day use it Saturday-monday. Then was told when I turned them in I had to pay extra. The skid steer tires to worn for anything other than dry conditions.
