My backup camera on my new Ford F150 would intermittently not work. I took it out and naturally it was working. I was told if it stopped working to bring it in right away. Two months later it stopped working. Took it straight there and they changed the camera immediately. Thanks to Jacob and his service crew. They were all super nice and fast service. Great job!!!!

Took my car here for repairs twice. The first time I was under the assumption they fixed it correctly. The second time my car was given back to me and I was told it was fixed but I quickly found out they had actually not completed the repairs on it.Jump forward to 9 months later the original repairs done to my car were not done properly. These repairs were transmission related, which as you can imagine was a costly bill. When brought to the managers attention both times I was swept under the rug and told “mistakes happen.” I also overheard him saying “what does she know, she’s just a girl” while waiting to get my keys. Luckily everything was under warranty since it had not been a year since the original repair. Needless to say if you have the option, go somewhere else.

Finance department is terrible. They still owe us money and avoiding the issue. To those that shop there, read all your documents and watch your bank accounts. Took them over 30 days to pay off a traded in vehicle. Which in turn made us pay for a vehicle they had but we still owned.Terrible customer service.

Took my car for an 845 appointment that was supposed to take 4 hours. At 140 I called and they had just got my keys unstuck from the drop box supposedly and would call me when it was done. I gave them two numbers to call never received a call. Was on hold for 24 minutes the next day to finally talk to someone to find out it was done and the manager told me that no one checked the drop box for the keys. Super rude customer service couldn’t get stories matched up. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Didnt buy, but bought my last vehicle here, and will probably get my next here because I can never complain about the people or the dedication to good service there on the main lot.

I highly recommend Nourse Ford of Chillicothe, Ohio. This was my second time purchasing a vehicle at Nourse. I first purchased in November 2019 and unfortunately, I was in an accident the first week of February 2020, in which totaled that SUV. Both times, I worked with Dominick and Steve. Dominick has helped me make phone calls, talk to insurance companies, and of course helped me get a great deal on my new Ford Escape Hybrid! He listened to my likes and dislikes about vehicles, and he knew I wanted something sporty, AWD, and good on gas. He went above and beyond what his duties are as a sales manager & he’s become a great friend throughout this process. His team was also wonderful to work with! They are definitely fantastic at what they do!

I purchased a new F150 and gave a 5 star rating the end of May 2018. The sales team was awesome and I even got a lifetime power train warranty but now it’s time for my first service and they are 2 weeks out for a oil change. If that’s the case then I could only imagine if I needed a repair how poor the service would be.

I bought a truck from there. Had to take it back within the 30 days to have it worked on. One month later had to take it back and havent worked on again that cost me $200. Ive now had it for 3 months and the check engine light is on and of course the warranty is no longer good so I have had to pay to have it fixed twice in the three months of owning it. I talked to some friends that bought their vehicles from North and come to find out they have all had problems just like I have. If you want to be ripped off Norris is the place to go

I had recently bought a used 2016 F150 from your dealership, the truck is very nice and I feel I got a good deal. After a few days I noticed I couldnt reprogram any of the my key functions as I only got one key which wasnt the master key.After a couple of calls and text to your resolutionTeam, you scheduled and fixed the missing key problem without delay. Even though it was a used vehicle, I think Nourse realized the problem I was having. You supplied a new master key and earned my respect at the same. Thank you!

Bought a used van in March and was surprised the a/c quit working. I got an appointment right away and took it in. I did not realize I would have to leave it but they have a shuttle service that took me the 25 miles home. Very friendly driver. They had my van for 2 days, got it fixed, warranty covered most of it and happy to say I have cool air now. The entire experience was great! Friendly personnel! Thank you for getting it taken care of before vacation 😀

Always a run around about appointment time scheduled and cant do required check about transmission recall in a timely manner so I can get a rental on Ford. So I got a rental out of my pocket. Finally I called them to check on my car and couldnt get service to answer call, so I got to leave a message . Finally an hour later they called back to inform me all is covered under recall and I qualified for a rental to come in the next day, I already had a rental which seemed to surprise him. I had to have some means of transportation ! Well he informed me that Ford will pick up the bill and he would call rental immediately for that and make sure rental dis not have a compact Ford in stock so I can keep the same rental. When recall for transmission was first issued Ford service was on top of issue but past two years their service has went way below

Wish there was a way to give no stars. Toke my flex there for service after another shop failed to fix the problem. After jerking us around for a month and charging hundreds in diagnostic fees and a couple thousand for so called parts and labor the problem still existed. My warranty company and myself called multiple times to get them to warranty there work. They have refused to fix it and have ignored all request from the warranty company. When I call in Im told how sorry they are and transferred to their customer relations person whos voicemail box is full or a random sales person. We have voicemails from them saying to stop calling them. We also have multiple pictures of links and parts that are not connected with hardware (nut and bolts) missing. Would not recommend this monopoly of a car sales establishment. They are not out for anything but a dollar.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!Over charged me 400 bucks to flush and replace transmission fluid, did not even do the work, and now my transmission blew up after only 9 months if them servicing it.Update:3 weeks after them servicing my vehicle and driving it only 5000 miles, the transmission fluid was 1 quart low and really dark grey. Looked like it hadnt even been flushed or changed. Several people told me that it could not have gotten changed or it would not be 1 quart low and look grey.Update:After only 9 months of them supposedly servicing my transmission, my transmission blew up at only 99k miles. This vehicle was serviced regularly and I should not have had to service the transmission for another 60k miles or 2 years. There was nothing wrong with the way this vehicle shifted at all before I brought it to them. I even recently received an email from nourse of them offering me an extended warranty on my vehicle, because they knew that this vehicle was in 100% perfect working order when it left there. There is no reason why my transmission would just go out with out any warning or showing signs or symptoms of failure prior.I feel that they forgot to work on the transmission because of the amount of work they did to it. I got $3,000 worth of work done by them; a full tune up and a lot of front end work. When I brought it to them I had just gotten it and there were around 70k miles on it. I asked them to change the transmission filter, fluid and gasket. Instead, they claim they just flushed the fluid and changed it. I dont think they did anything to it.Now I have a dealership telling me its going to cost more than $5,000 to rebuild and install the transmission. The lowest I found from a shop was $3,000. I wont be going to the dealership to pay top dollar for work that is no better than what a tweaker puts out of his garage at home. The whole reason I chose to go to a dealer in the first place was to hopefully avoid this very thing from happening. Now Im left with no choice but to contact the BAR association, the BBB, and to sue them for the damages done to my vehicle.

Long story short, or bottom line up front:Nourse Auto Mall is the place to go, not to name drop but Chris and Dominic are fantastic.Background story:My wife bought her first brand new, zero mile car here after visiting a few other dealers. The customer service offered by Chris and Doninic was unmatched by any of the competition that we visited. My wife traded in her Ford Escape Titanium and received trade in credit that was higher than what we were offered anywhere else, and we also received a better deal on a new vehicle than what we were previously offered anywhere else. From this point I knew Nourse Ford was the place to go for all of our future vehicle purchases.On another note, I am a very brand specific person, once I find a place I like I will continue to support their business. Being a Chillicothe resident, I love being able to shop in Chillicothe. My first idea when buying my next vehicle was Nourse. Once again, I visited Nourse for a trade in on my vehicle for a new vehicle. Like my wife I was given an offer that was much better than the competition, even in extending the competition to include major Ohio cities like Dayton and Columbus. Nourse didnt have the vehicle I wanted, and they still made me a deal for the exact vehicle of interest, and were able to procure the vehicle.Nourse Auto Mall, more specifically Chris and Dominic are now my go to people, everytime Im in the market for a vehicle. Thank you for being patient with me Chris and Dominic, I look forward to more business in the future. I know I ask a lot of questions, and I like specifics, which can be annoying. Had done a wheel bearing and reman cv axle shaft replacement from napa to repair my car myself on my 2005 focus after repairs had an output shaft seal leak on transmission, found out needs a tool to put seal in proper. so i called nourse ford service to have seal put in last week nourse ford service put new seal in and changed my oil and rotated tires on my car with out authorzation from me, all that was done cost me $162. picked up car drove to work on following monday to columbus found it was leaking again at out put shaft seal on transmission. called nourse ford service said to drop of and would look at it again. called next day to check on car service manager stated that transmission had a crack in trans housing and would have to have a tech come in in few days to take apart my transmission to find crack that was causing leak and would cost from $300-$400 OR MORE. plus i didnt give them permission to do diagnos on my car at that time. so told service manager id take my car home and figure out what was wrong. so later in the day service manager calls me said car was ready for pickup said i was at work still so he said i owed $131.56 for dianostics and the dye they put in my trans to look for leaks. well took car home and next day bought a brand new OE cv axle shaft from advanced auto parts to see if it was a faulty axle shaft sure enough it was the reman axle shaft from napa it was faulty and was not seating all the way into the output shaft seal of the transmission so it wont leak out of trans. new axle shaft fits perfect in car doesnt leak out of out put shaft seal anymore. so what do you see wrong in what ive said. nourse ford service miss lead and tried to con me out of more money repairs on my car due to improper dianostics performed on my car. asked for a refund on their neglegence and refused to comply by phone so have turned into Attorney Generals office to handle. will not do business with them again.

Bait and switch. Ford ranger 4x4 on internet for $11,995. Tried to sell it to me for $13,900. Brought up internet price, they said they had to much money in it and still had to put money in the truck. Offered me $12,900. False advertising and reported to the BBB. Liars and frauds.
