I’ve had my Lincoln sitting there for almost 2 months and I’ve been waiting for the guy to get back with me. So I decided to go there after not hearing back and not being to get ahold of anyone there for almost 2 months now. (Keep in mind my starter is out so I cannot start the car or even move it at this point and it’s my secondary car, but still extremely important it gets fixed) so I went there a day ago to check it out and realized my battery was missing and my catalytic converters were BOTH RIPPED OUT. And now I’m calling the place and it says the phone is disconnected. Now after doing some digging and research I’ve heard nothing but bad reviews on the place and their are NO CAMERAS there; just my luck! After digging some more I’ve heard this is a reoccurring problem at this place and they don’t buy cameras just for this reason. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR!!!!!! Do not make the same mistake I did!

My family has been taking our vehicles to Mighty Muffler & Brakes for years! The service is always outstanding and they always give an honest and fair assessment of the issue. I have taken vehicles in before thinking my bill would be really high and the charges were very low. Ive gone in when Ive been told I need hundreds of dollars worth of work by an oil change place rep only to bring it to Mighty Muffler and be told that I had another 20k miles before I had to replace said part. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism. We will definitely continue to return!

Had an exhaust system installed on my truck and paid an extra $100 for tips for the dual exhaust. My father in law picked up the truck and realized the tips weren’t installed so went back to the shop. The employee said “I meant to tell you the part never came in.” So we were scheduled the following week to get them installed. I drove there in the morning of our scheduled day and was told to come back in the afternoon. Came back in the afternoon and they still couldn’t install them so I had them put me on the schedule for a Saturday appointment. Called Saturday morning prior to appointment to make sure we were all set and no answer. Drove there at my scheduled time and nobody was there. Have tried calling several times and no answer. They owe us $100 and parts.

Will NEVER go there again. People say you get what you pay for. Thats the truth! I work hard to have a nice truck, no way in hell Im gonna put a hacked up exhaust on it. Pay a little more and have it done right somewhere else. Theres a reason they quoted me $100 less than everyone in town lol

YOU WILL BE EMBARRASSED!!!A couple months ago I needed brakes done on my car and I took it to Mighty Muffler in Chillicothe. The work was done and I was satisfied. All is good. Then, last week, my water pump went out. I called James at Mighty and he said bring it at 10am on Wednesday. I will call you in a couple hours to let you know what is up, he said. Well those couple hours turned out to be over 10(!). When he finally called, he fed me some b.s. about how he did not think it was the water pump and he would get back to me in the morning. Morning came and no James. I called repeatedly all day long. No answer. Finally about 7pm someone answered the phone and said that James had gone home sick, but he would call me and let me know what was happening. Another 24hrs go by. No James. Finally on Saturday I walked up to see for myself what was going on. The place was locked up with nobody around. My car was sitting there so I checked to see what he had done to it. NOTHING. He had the car for over 72 hours and had not done a thing! I decided to take my car some place else and I removed it from the lot. Sunday, Monday and Tuesday passed while I waited to hear from James that my car had disappeared. Silence.So today I went to get my other key back from them only to be met by a mumbling James, who acted quite put upon. When asked what happened he grumbled some reply like what do you mean? I asked how nobody noticed that my car was gone. He replied that he noticed. So let me get this straight, a car goes missing from YOUR lot and you do not even bother to call the owner??? As I was walking out I told him that, really, he should be embarrassed about how this whole deal went down, his reply, YOU should be embarrassed!You know what James? I AM embarrassed! I am embarrassed that I misjudged you so badly. I AM embarrassed that I put even an ounce of faith in your establishment! Thanks for nothing!Timothy Keener

I love Bill at Mighty Muffler, he has always did great work on my cars, I had him fix my boyfriends truck that no one else could get running, he cares about his customers. Thanks for taking such good care of me. Oh yea he also bought my lunch. Thanks Bill

I had a date and time scheduled to get my exhaust put on I got there on time and waited over an hour. No one ever showed up.

I had an appointment at 9 am to get my brake line fixed. As of right now it is 9:15am and there is no one here. Hours say they open at 8 today and having the appointment and all you would think they would want to be here for the business. Plus thanks a lot for me driving a car with braking issues to your shop to get them fixed and not being there. Seems like this is a reoccurring problem according to previous reviews.

I took my suv there to have a new wheel bearing put on. My father in law and uncle was looking all over it. Realized he never even changed the wheel bearing or housing the new one we got from autozone was never put on It still had the wheel bearing on it from marshalls on it, that we bought prior so neatless to say it was never changed. Not a honest place at all and as low as you could do a trust worthy customer. If you want your car fixed dont take it there!!!!I have the receipt from autozone the housing and bearing i purchased it and dropped it off there

Very honest and concerned for my well being! I had brought in a handicap van to have the exhaust pipe fixed..the van was found to be in a makeshift repair around the back axle from another mechanic that was found EXTREMELY unsafe.Thank God they found it!Very nice people!

Been here 4 days in a row for an estimate. On the 1st day the guy was understanding and told me he was busy, and to come back in on Monday and he would make sure to get my car looked at. Came in on Monday and they were busy so I made an appointment to make sure they could look at it .showed up early for my appointment and they completely ignored it. Showed up 3rd to try again and he said to come in tomorrow and promised to take a look. Returned on the 4th day and sat in the lobby for 15mins and the guy showed up and said I was lying and that I just pulled up and told me he was leaving. Said I was taking my business elsewhere and the guy told me to go right ahead. Not going to show up again, and obviously they dont care about potential new customers. Youd have a better shot at getting what you need fixed instead of taking multiple trips here to maybe get something looked at. 👎
