I think that the prices are a bit high for the sizes of the storage units but besides that the door card has never worked right and how payments work wasnt fully explained. So I had to pay a fee believing that they had taken the payment off my card on file. Read the FINE print !

Getting propane, had to go inside to be greeted by worst employee ever whining about having to do do anything. Most of the time people there are great though.

Had storage for 2 month then rented a truck for Florida, while we were there for got the name of the person, but the guy is a good person and does the best he can. He was so helpful I gave him my mountain bike. Moved on 1/316. Now its 8/16/16 and we planning to move back to Massachusetts in December, Ill be dropping the truck off and agein renting storage age in for a few weeks.

This is the worst place ever I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone, they are way overpriced and it is a hassle to returned the unit, they want you to take pictures of the unit when you empty it out drive back to show them on your cell phone when they have employees that work there and can check the unit and know that it is vacant they are way way overpriced, if you want a cheaper unit public storage gives you the same units for half the price. Smh.....

Ive had a storage unit with U-Haul for about 4 years I want so bad to clear the unit which I have plans to do in the next couple days I was given a unit with a big Pole blocking the corner of my unit they wouldnt discount me Im having a problem finding another unit they are clean I dont think you should have to pay to get in after hours they charge about $5 to get in up until 10 after closing and $10 for 24 hours I think they charged enough for the unit itself we should have access to our belongings 24/7 without having to pay extra money for an access card Ive seen other storage where you pull up and they give you a code to open the gate and you drive in thats the only downfall U-Haul does have and I ran into a problem renting a truck it was a black woman working that told me I was too late when it was the second time to return for this truck but rented to the black woman behind me I waited outside and saw her leave with the van that I should have been driving away in this location was Boston Road in Springfield Massachusetts the situation was reported I dont know how it was handled

Not very helpful. Storage very close to road, not much parking space. Didnt have truck size we wanted, even though we reserved 4 days in advance.

Had a bad experience with reserving a truck they had me running from place to place wasnt happy
