The Lady in dispatch is very rude and unhelpful. If you dont like your job then you should find another one. You are supposed to help customers, arent you? The customers are what make your business so learn to treat them better. As a person who works in customer service, I would say you have a lot of learning to do. The truck drivers and others employees have been great.

We were having pickup delays due to our receiving hours. We were told Friday then Monday then dispatch pushed it to Tuesday. Someone in dispatch was having a really bad day and I understand that..... BUT in the end you need to HELP the customer. Customers are what pay your check each week. Dispatch being rude/not helpful does not reflect well on you or on the company you work for. In the end we were NOT helped and treated rudely thus the bad review.

This company is a big joke. I was supposed to get a tent 2 weeks ago. This losers lost my package and sent it to Alaska. If you buy anything online and they are in charge of delivery, mind as well cancel the product and ask for your money back.

Front office personnel and dock personnel were extremely helpful and and efficient.

I dealt with the wonderful staff at Chicopee MA and they were it only accommodating with helping me redirect a shipment for pickup, but also extremely responsive and professional. I called numerous times over the course of 4-5 days and every time they were helpful and courteous. Thank you so much!!

There is no better company for a professional driver to find themselves working for.The compensation is outstanding, and most drivers are home daily. Family owned by a family that actually believes in family values.As long as I’m driving a big rig, I want it to be for Estes Express Lines.

Estes delayed my shipment twice already. Representative on the phone was unhelpful and clueless while being unable to offer any solutions. I work nights and have to coordinate to have someone home and available to bring in the product. This has happened multiple times and is completely unacceptable. I will be canceling my order if delayed for a third time.

I am having problem with the dispatch lady two times already. The lady at the dispatch department are the RUDEST person and worst customer service ever. we schedule a pick up since last Friday on 08/28/20, and till today 09/01/2020, they never give us a call, or tell us anything about that they wont able to pick my shipment. instead, I have call them myself today, the dispatch lady ask me to change different carrier instead. wow, thats unbelievable how can she telling the customer to change the carrier. and I dont think I would use this company ever again. stay away.

People are nice on the phone and all, but they send a truck with no room to pickup my shipment causing extensive delay. and my shipment was only for 2 pallets and it was scheduled the business day before. Will not use them for pickups and deliveries around this location.

Estes is a great company. They took the time to return my package to my company after trying several times to make this delivery to a company that has been out of business. Thank you for all your help on this and for following thru all the way to the end. Thanks so much for your excellent service.

Conscientious carrier. We have had very few complaints in the past 10 years from our customers about damaged goods. Their posted transit times are accurate. The driver that comes into our facility is very personable, friendly and fastidious with our freight. I would highly recommend this carrier.

I received a call from ESTES in Chicopee mass they wanted to set up an appointment to deliver my generator i was Extremely surprise to receive that phone call because home depot told me that I would be receive my generator from the 18th to the 27th of August so I was very happy To hear that my generator was almost at their location, mind you it was only August 11th. i told them that I would pick it up at there location so when it arrived they call me and I drove to chicopee I spoke to a girl named Amy in the Chicopee Massachusetts location she was very helpful at all times I really did not have to do anything except pull my vehicle to the ramp they loaded my generator into my vehicle they where very friendly and helpful i would highly highly recommend ESTES To everyone they even have a moving service load your furniture into a trailer and they take care of the driving for you i Was very impressed with their professionalism Definitely 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have been using Estes for a few years and I have found the problem resolution to be fast and effective. I should say the few issues I have had.The drivers are professional as are the folks who work at the terminal and answer my questions. It is a pleasure dealing with the staff and I enjoy using Estes. Ive been using Estes Trucking for well over 9 years to deliver shelving and counters for my store set ups covering 9 states. They are without question second to none! From the customer service agents, to the dispatchers & drivers, they are well trained to handle any job! I have well over 20 terminals phone numbers in my phone and every terminal treats me with the same respect and professionalism.If youre not getting the on time delivery service you need then its time to make a call and allow Estes to become a business partner. We have been doing business with many carriers over the years and Estes is in our top 3 with dependability on time arrivals and great communication. The drivers are proactive with helping to unload and sort the deliveries if needed. If and when any claims need to be made they also make it easy and hassle free.

I have been in the transportation industry for sometime, and I know if you need material to be shipped from New York to the Carolinas in couple of days, Estes is your best bang for money. There customer service keeps the shipper abreast to where the freight is at all times, until it is delivered. Great JOB!!

I was called on Friday 5/15/2020 and told our shipment would arrive on Monday 5/18/2020 between 11 am and 3pm. My husband arranged with his job so that he could be here to help bring the wood into the house. I received a phone call at 2:46 pm on Monday that the delivery would NOT be coming as promised. Extremely unprofessional. I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed. I would not recommend this company to anyone

They set us up with competitive pricing, have good online tools to create paperwork, a friendly local dispatch team, respectful drivers who are on time and don’t damage freight, and a friendly accounts receivable team that keeps everything in order! I work in the receiving department at the home depot in Manchester ct .I receive freight in daily from Estes. Ive never had an issue with Estes that couldnt be solved from there office. Whenever I call for pickups there quick and always polite when answering the phone for questions and problem solving. Ive used many carriers but Estes has always been second to none thanks for all you do to make my job easier

Please instruct your incompetent drivers to take exit 40 to rt. 20 off 91 when making deliveries to Windsor, CT. Their GPS’s seem to take them through our residential neighborhoods which are not built to handle the traffic.
