Let me say Brandon is amazing everyone is so sweet! I 100% recommend this place!! He really takes his time and makes sure it just perfect! They even gave me a neck massage which was great!! My boyfriend and I went for pedis and a Manicure and the service was Exceptional. Its a friendly and comfortable setting, Super clean and spacious as well. We got the $55 Pedicure special and it was worth every penny. The technicians were professional and they even offered us a quick massage as we were leaving. I Will definitely be back to try a Gel Full set!

Detailed service and high quality products used. Not baby lotion and junky products like cheaper places. You actually get what you pay for and with lasting results.Side note: A down poor started when I was leaving and the nail tech was kind enough to walk me to my car with an umbrella! Above and beyond service.

I have used this location twice. I love the attention and the membership/rewards plan. Fang did my last service, Mani & pedi and she did a beautiful job. That said, I also brought my niece for her first pedi and Judy was a bit overbearing for a young girl that is on the shyer side. No need to tease an already shy girl - read the room!

Been looking for a good nail salon for a while. The one I used to go to closed down and I haven’t been able to find one since because I am picky as all hell. This place was AMAZING. Very clean and the staff were so polite and hard working. These people were wiping down EVERYTHING before closing, even the bottoms of the chairs. Had Judy for my mani and pedi and she was great, I literally felt high after she rubbed my shoulders. So much attention to detail and they offer a membership. 10/10 Highly recommend.

I went in to do my nails about 3 weeks ago with Brandon, which needed some fixing due to some chipping and multiple cracks on my nails. After he seen the amount of work he had to put in to fixing my nails his whole demeanor changed. He kept complaining that I should of came in sooner the minute they started breaking/chipping but everytime I called they were booked. His service wasnt the friendliness he kept yanking my hands and getting more than annoyed with me. He eneded up fixing the problem by simply over layering on the UV gel set onto the cracked & chipped nails making it look bulky/uneven. Once he was finished he gave me a set amount & rushed me over to the register but I reminded him that I was also there for a pedicure as well which eventually another technician took care of. After my pedicure was completed the technician ended up asking Brandon for the amount that he charged me for his service and to my surprise he added another $10 to the price he originally gave me. Today was my final straw when I went in to give them another chance. When a technician took me in she immediately pointed out that she couldnt do a refill on my nails due to fact that my nails are only going to continue chipping and breaking because of the over laying of the uv gel that I currently had. She then claimed that we needed to start the process all over again and get a full set done, rather than a fill. As she was filing my nails down to get rid of as much of the uv gel off, my nails became paper thin. She then starts to ask me about what colors I wish to have on my nails, then starts to paint them, thats when I asked her about the full set only for her to tell me that shes not certified doing the uv gel only gel polishing that I would need to book an appointment in 2 weeks with another technician whos certified. Too many high hopes of this place because of the good reviews they have, cause too many disappointments on my end.

I have been here a handful of times and love it. They are professional and the spa is clean/cozy/cute. Once one of the techs convinced me to do powder. Sadly, the dip didnt even last a week until one chipped away (I think this was due to cold weather). I went in to get it fixed and the staff was very pleasant, fixing it for free. The gel manicures seem to always last a while and are done perfectly! The pedicure services are amazing including your choice of scented scrub/lotion and a great length of massage. I can tell the techs here really care about my nail health and about doing a high-quality job.

I have come here many times and have been more than satisfied. Today was a different experience. They appeared to be short staffed which is understandable in these times but I still expect to get decent service. To save time they did my mani and pedi at same time awkward and NOT relaxing. The pedicure was rough often painful. And got nail polish on my new shoes. I felt rushed and didnt enjoy today. I can do my own mani pedi at home I come here for the relaxing pampering experience. I will try them again as my other experiences have been wonderful but today is very disappointing.

I had the worst experience at this place!My first time ever being there I walked in on a Wednesday- yes no appointment was made and I do take accountability for that. However they were able to fit me in for a gel manicure. Once the lady started doing my nails she began to point out how thin they were and that I should get dip gel. Thinking she knew what she was talking about I agreed and so she began to do them. As she was finishing I noted that all the gel was cracked and not coated on properly. She explained that she noticed this but didn’t have time to fix them that day and asked me to come back the next day or the day after. I worked the overnight the next day so I made an appointment for the following day where I went after my shift. A guy this time took over and stated he remembered me and told me to pick out a color. I picked one out and he began to do my nails. Halfway through he said to me “you pick a different color you pay $25”. I didn’t even know what to say, I only picked a different color because I assumed he couldn’t match the ones that were cracked. And I already paid $45 dollars just two day prior and now I had to pay another $25? However I did it, only for my nails to chip and crack the next day. SO once again I went back, they were “fixed” as the man said “i don’t know how this happened !!”. Well, he finished and I left- another two days later my nails are chipped and cracked. I will never go back to this place, they not only had poor customer service charging me twice! But they also cut me multiple times as well as the man was rude when he did my nails- yanking my hands and getting more than annoyed with me. I’ll never go back here and i’ll tell everyone else not to.Waste of money and horrible horrible people to charge someone for their mistakes.

Went today for the first time and OH MY! Very pleasantly surprised. Super friendly staff, extremely clean place. The Organic Spa pedicure has got the be one of the best decisions Ive ever made. Walked out of there a new woman! Oh and they have a membership that accumulates you points every visit, just awesome!

They are so nice and super fast. You get an awesome hand massage at the end with hot stones. Would totally recommend this place.

Gel nails; THICK, BUBBLED. (Stated that the UV drying time caused the problem) The company DID fix the problem, though my next fill was just as bad. Going to have these taken off. Uneven, THICK!! Theyve filled away the sides of my real nail...just awful! Again, having them removed!

Went here today for the first time with my nieces and my sister and law and we were all impressed! This place is so clean, nice and organized! Every tool they used on us they opened up in front of us! It is the most sanitary nail salon I’ve ever been too! We showed them some Mickey and Minnie Mouse designs that we wanted and everything came out beautiful! I will be coming back again!

Had a wonderfully relaxing experience at Happy Nails on Memorial Drive, Chicopee today. New to the area and thought I would try it out. So glad I did. Have lived in CA and CO and this was once of my best manicures Ive had in a long time. (Thank you Amy.). LOVE the back rubs, such a plus. Very professional and attentive staff. Large, clean and modern salon. Absolutely look forward to going again soon. Happy Nails absolutely gets my Five Star rating! Highly recommend.

I didnt have an appointment (preferred) but they were more than accommodating. I ended up getting my eyebrows done as well as a manicure/pedicure by Fang.Everything was clean, which I know is assumed but not always the case. Having water bottles for the customers was a nice touch as well.My eyebrows came out great! Fang was meticulous from helping me choose the right color to the manicure/pedicure experience. The hot stone massage after the green tea lotion treatment was such a treat as well as the upper back massage while my manicure was setting!Friendly and wonderful customer service! I would highly recommend them and will definitely return!

I came here for a pedicure with a friend and WOW did they go above and beyond! We were met with inviting attitudes and only waited about 10 minutes. First of all, this place is EXTREMELY sanitary. They use single use disposable liners for the foot baths (albeit environmentally wasteful, but very hygienic) and they opened brand new packs of tools right in front of us. They then gave us different options for the bath, scrub, and lotion to choose from, ranging from lavender to honey to strawberry.We then received the typical pedicure but on top of it, they included a hot rock massage and hot towel. While drying my freshly painted toenails, they even gave us a short back massage.Keep in mind this was just the most basic pedi that Happy Nails offered, which I paid $32 for. They offer a wide range of services which include callous removal, massages, reflexology, spa packages, etc. I made sure to grab a pamphlet on my way out.My first visit made me feel like a real VIP and truly pampered after a long day at work. Definitely going to be my spot from now on. Bravo.

Wonder nail salon! I walked in for a pedicure and right away was seated at the first chair accommodating my sons stroller. My pedicure was luxurious and my gel polish came out beautiful. I will be back and highly recommend to anyway looking for a relaxing clean and friendly experience.

A very rude man did my nails today, He started to do my manicure and then when other people came in he left to do a pedicure and then took another person for a manicure and started with her too. He kept talking to other employees in Chinese and then proceeds to take a phone call while hes doing my nails. He seemed very annoyed that I wasnt moving my hands to his liking and then said next time I need to make an appointment. Sorry, but I wont be making an appointment because I wont be returning there ever again. Ive never been treated with such rudeness in my life. If this is how they treat thier customers they wont be getting my business.

My first time there..I cannot say enough about it..Cleanest place I have ever been for a nail spa..Everyone is nice and friendly..A little pricey than other places however they do way more..They use liners in there tubs and sterilized instruments...Cannot say enough about how satisfied I am.

Best nail salon i ever have been to hands down. Within 1 minute of me walking in the door i was seated and was getting a massage while getting my nails done. Literally the best. I had Alvin who was so thorough and detailed. He didnt miss a thing. All the files and buffers and utinsils wre brand new out if a package so cleanliness is on point! Just all around pleased and deff is my new go to salon!!!

My nails where square and even before I went in for a fill, and now they are thin, crooked, round corner (not what I wanted) and it was $55! The place seemed clean but they just do a horrible job and charge too much.
