Well, I am a bodybuilder and need deep tissue massages. I found Diane on Google and called. I explained I was having intense shoulder pain, tight muscles and that I needed help. I really enjoy Dianes yoga classes, she is very enthusiastic and welcoming. As a new yoga student I really appreciated how she tailors the class to the experience level and goals of the students. She gives a wonderful guided meditation at the end of each practice, if you need help relaxing, her voice is like magic!

I had excellent experiences at the Place. Yoga was a gentle class with a guided meditation into shavasana that took every bit of stress out of me. Yoga Dance was exuberant and uplifting. Dianes massage is top notch. Whatever is offered there, The Place is the place to go!

Hi everyone I just got back from getting a massage from diane!by far the massage I just got is the best one Ive ever had.diane uses her feet for that deep tissue massage, she can adjust the pressure to your comfort level,when you get a hand massage from someone else it seems you only get half a massage , the other half is the therpist is resting. not so with diane the moment she starts its a full massage with no resting!I will be going bi weekly shes that good!!thanks Diane your the bestTom L
