Consistently pleasant and helpful staff. So nice to get good customer service.

We love the Employees and people in here. Use them on an almost everyday basis. Just mad at the customers who ruined things about dropping off USPS packages.

Great people to deal with and friendly for a shipping company. The only problem was I’ve tried several times calling the direct store number and never answered it. The call would be dropped if no one answered. You can never talk to anyone at the store because it’s never answered by employees.

Courteous folks, clean facility, employees helpful with packages and returns.

They are awesome people that run this place. Only critique would be to have both registers going when that line starts going over 5-10 deep. Otherwise, place does a great job!

The woman that normally works there is fantastic and efficient. I was returning a chair and she had the same chair in her office and had been looking for it to buy online. It was a good chair. Thank you lady for the mini-bonding experience. I love you.

I go to this location on a regular basis. I dont know what the other reviews are talking about. Staff is always friendly and helpful. It is a UPS store, hence they accept UPS packages as well as USPS, which is convenient.

Employee was not wearing a mask and our city is currently under a mandatory order to do so. The box we had needed to be taped shut and we were charged $1 but then it was just cast aside without being taped. Social distancing practices were not being enforced.

Have dropped off returns there with no issues. Nice lady who works there.

This girl had me waiting over 10 mins. Instead of taking care of me she was too worried about the printing machine not working. Seriously. I just got out of work and was in a rush to get my kids from day care. Never again!!

My package was returned to them due to the hurricane and they did everything possible to get my package back to me. It was also extremely well packaged to get 2 fragile pictures to me in perfect shape.
