Service was fantastic. Showed up promptly and called in for help to get my car safely loaded without causing anymore damage. Justin A Sr was fantastic and professional in his service. Made the process go smoothly and without issue.

The driver that came to tow my vehicle knowing I had a transmission problem. He attempted first to just lift the vehicle and check for a linkage issue and then just go from there. Once we figured out that it was beyond our capabilities at the moment he then confirmed that I wanted to tow still. His first instinct was to help me! Which I think is lost on a lot of what we do now in service orientated occupations and what we ask of them. Just nice to see customer service orientated people first and revenue or numbers second!

Justin A. Sr. was awesome. He arrived within 10 minutes and knew what he was doing. Very professional, helpful, and courteous. We were pretty stressed and he put us at ease as he quickly gained our confidence in his competence and experience. Very nice person and easy to get along with and was flexible and accommodating. Cant say enough great stuff about him and this service and will ask for them only in the future!

Called them when my daughters car was stuck in mud in front of my house during storm.. (Dont Ask). Anyway, the young lady who answered the call (think she said her name was Chris) was very thorough. She dispatched a truck which arrived on time. (I was able to track the ETA Which allowed me to wait inside). The Driver (forgot his name) knew exactly what he was doing and explained how he was going to do it. Everything worked out without a scratch. I highly recommend them. By the way, I called AAA earlier and they told me they dont pull out stuck vehicles. Thank you Interstate! Thanks for nothing AAA!

The driver arrived earlier than expected and was ready to go! Despite the fact that my ol 1974 Volkswagen Beetle has been sitting for a few years (shame on me, I know--Ill make up for it and really baby it again soon.. I have sentimental value in this little car) and the breaks had set making it hard to push out of the garage, he went into it and slid the car onto the back of the flatbed as carefully but as easy as a hot knife through butter. Once it was on the flatbed, it was tied down securely and safely with absolutely no damage--not a scratch nor even a bent fender (an earlier attempt with a previous towing company bent the rear fenders slightly--I wasnt happy). He transported my Bug expeditiously from the old house to the next town, where I moved into. When we arrived, he very carefully aimed the rear toward the new garage, lowered the Bug carefully and even helped me push it into the garage where it will rest until I gleefully start putting the new parts Ive already got ready and waiting for me to work on it. Im so excited to see my Bug here and Im exceedingly grateful for the care and expediency with which this was executed! Paying was very easy and done via a web link with a receipt provided in email--which, for me, is the preferred way so that I have a record I can bring up anytime and anywhere on every device. I would HIGHLY recommend them to any of my fellow antique and classic car owners when you need a good and careful job of transporting.

My car broke down on the Mass pike Friday morning, I was with my two grandchildren 3 & 4 yrs old. It was well over 90 , traffic unbelievably heavy. We broke down and I was under an underpass, very tight for traffic going bye but out of direct sun. The driver who came was Wonderful!!. Kind and understanding. The police had me move my car a little forward to the snow gate. Justin said he could put my grandchildren in the truck but I had called my daughter who arrived shortly after the truck. We followed the truck to the garage where he let me get the car seats and kids things out. I truly appreciate his kindness as it was a stressful situation and he made it less stressful. The service was definitely 5 star. The driver Jeff was great. He unlocked my car quickly and without damage. He even had his trainee Tim with him who I know will turn out great being trained by a professional like Jeff. I highly recommend interstate towing for all of your towing and service needs.

I recently had a no start no crank problem with my truck. I contacted AAA for a tow. They sent Interstate Towing to move my truck from my home to the dealership that I purchased the truck from. I called at 8 am and was told I would need to be with my truck when the driver arrived sometime around 9. Interstate called and updated me and said I didn’t need to wait around if I didn’t want to. They showed up a few minutes before 10am. Their driver was very professional and courteous. Once my truck was loaded on the flatbed he told me he was going straight to the dealership. I called the dealership and informed them my truck would be there by 11. The dealership made arrangements to have a technician ready to work on it when it arrived since they didn’t have any loaners available and wanted to get my truck done before the close of business that day which was a Friday. When I contacted the dealer at 1 to check on my progress they informed me my truck hadn’t arrived yet. I called AAA whom in turn contacted Interstate. Interstate told AAA that my truck would be there in 45 minutes. (I was on hold with AAA for 15 minutes while they located my truck). At 4 I called the dealership to check on my truck and was informed it still hadn’t arrived. At this point I drove to Interstate Towing and was told my truck was on its way. My truck did finally reach the dealership a couple minutes before closing time of 5 pm on Friday. So needless to say I am not happy with this AWFUL service. I have used AAA since 1997. In those 24 years I probably used their tow service 6-8 times. I never had poor service like this.

I was very impressed with David who took good care of my car and assured me it was going to be good. The garage was very close it was going to . I have high anxiety and was having an attack and he really calmed me down which I appreciated. If I ever was in a situation again where I needed towing I would want him for the job and I highly rate him a number 100 for his service he provided me along with his knowledge, professionalism and personality . Interstate transported an antique car into storage for me. The driver, with 20 years of experience and very personable, was very careful and busted his butt helping to push it into the unit. Couldnt have asked for it to go better than it did.

My vehicles take a lot of abuse, and occasionally they break down. Interstate is always there, quickly and professionally. Their app makes it easy as well!

Our truck got a flat tire when we were trying to hook up our camper to head home. After calling AAA, interstate towing was there within 30 minutes to bring our truck to a local tire shop. The tire couldnt be repaired and the tire is a special size so they towed our vehicle home and our camper after AAA said that wasnt offered in our area. Both tow truck drivers were very knowledgeable and eased all of our worries. Thankful for this company in our time of stress!

Contracted by AAA. Called AAA at 6:00 pm, finally got through at 6:30. They dispatched the call to interstate. The person showed up about 20 minutes later. Tried to change the tire using the car tire wrench. Didn’t have any tools in his truck to change the tire. Why was he even sent by interstate to change a tire if he didn’t have tools to do it? Long story short, 3.5 hours later another driver from interstate showed up, Sammy, and changed the tire in about 10 minutes. I’m sure interstate knows who was dispatched first and he should be fired. Looking at this website, he has done stuff like this in the past. Rude, didn’t even want to be there. Thanks Sammy, for getting this done for us!

Driver was professional, pleasant, and apologized for the wait (4hrs). Job was done quickly. I placed the service request through AAA for a tire change. It was not critical since I was at home, but to have only one service company in the area of a major highway intersection of 84 and Mass Pike is ridiculous.

Breakdown on the Mass Pike. Nothing close but a quick response and dropped the truck off at the dealership. Then a ride to the hotel. Glad getting off the road and staying safe was so easy

Joseph B. was so very helpful, we broke down on a very dark part of a major interstate, with a baby and he was there in under 25 min and not only was on time and so professional, but went the extra mile to remove a difficult dummy tire from our rental because it didn’t provide the proper tooling. We were up and running in less than 30 minutes because of his skill and so appreciative given our long journey that was still ahead with a cranky young baby.

Joel was on time and professional! He was calm despite frustration from other people waiting to move their cars while I was getting my car hooked-up. Joel was nice about me wanting to change where we were going with my car, and advised me on the cost difference and benefits I would get/ have at different levels of AAA membership.More importantly in my book, Joel was also very personable. He let us ride in the truck (despite AAA saying it wasn’t possible), and my mom, my son and I were taking photos of “our vacation misadventures,” which make him smile. He showed us their bigger tow truck for semi trucks as we passed by and told us about all of the places he had been towing vehicles over the last few days. Overall a pleasant experience despite the frustration of a car breakdown!
