Terrible experience with their team after years of purchasing hot tubs and service from them. My property a family home/ Airbnb experienced a malfunction on a hot tub purchased here- we called to have it serviced - One and a half months to get serviced - Meanwhile we lost points on reviews and had to issue refunds due to promises by precision that the hot tub would be fixed every two weeks or so, only to be informed one day before this last scheduled service they “lost the file”. Finally I gave our co host a break and called from a vacation outside the county to get them to even get the story straight with the lost file. They blamed their delays on not having staff - to which I suggest hire more if you have the demand- the only response was “if anyone wanted to work these days” - I didn’t even bother to explain basic economics of hiring wages as the conversation was beyond logic and the hot tub remained broken. We were on the verge of making another major purchase too- really a shame given we were customers of 10 + years.

Strongly recommend Leslies, not this business. I got charged for hours of service that their tech was supposedly out for, when in fact it was less than 20 minutes. (I got charged for 3 hours. Was told about 5 or 6x that that was definitely not right and theyd have a manager contact me ASAP. no one ever did, but rather left me with a huge bill to pay. The worst part is that they didnteven fix the issue they came out to fix....I did!!! Go with Leslies Pool and Supply and they will definitely help you out. Ill be contacting BBB about this incident as well as reviewing on yelp too.

We bought a floor model hot tub from Perfection a year ago and it was great but started having a lot of problems. We reached out to Tenaya who handled the entire issue with professionalism and determination. Since we were still within the warranty period Perfection was able to go to bat for us with the vendor and get a replacement installed for us, not an easy feat but thats exactly why we like to business locally. We know the chance of a problem is high with any purchase and having the ability to call or email Tenaya and get a response right away was so calming. Her attention to the issue definitely kept the stress down when we couldnt otherwise de-stress in the hot tub. Happy to do business locally!!

We checked out a few places in town and thank goodness we landed here! We experienced the best customer service from the store to delivery and back to the manager! Super friendly, very knowledgable and timely! Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable as first time spa owners!! Now the real fun begins!

The pool turned out beautiful when they finished but he wasnt even going to move the stairs and clean under them so my husband did. The receptionist was decieving on the phone when she charged me an upfront figure and said it doesnt include chemicals. ..the bill has about 100$ worth of chemicals and an additional almost 400$ in labor. It was a one time cleaning!!!!

They don’t work on spas here unless you have a pool and a spa. Weird vibe in the place too. I would recommend going somewhere else with better customer service. As I was walking out some guy gave me a number to another place and said not to have these guys service anything.

After using perfection pro and spot for 12 years I found I was nickel in dined to 3 times the amount it should have cost me I switched pull services and Im not had a problem since getting ready to sell my home perfection pools came out on behalf of the buyers agent and performed a inspection coming up with $4000 in unnecessary pool repairs to of the items in which they said needed immediate replacement costing over $3000 are still under warranty and less than a year old this is the most dishonest company in the state They should be put out of business this is not fair to do the people sell merchandise they dont need

I have had a wonderful experience with Perfection Pools. I have had nothing but problems with my pool with the past companies I have used. I called Perfection and I am so glad I did. My pool has never been so beautiful, and my family can finally use it again. They were able to troubleshoot my pump system and get that running, and they even found a leak and repaired it! They were very timely, professional and affordable. I had one point of contact over there who was familiar with my pool and took care of everything for me. I highly recommend them if you are looking to have someone get your system up and running at its best, or if you are just looking to have a beautiful pool.

Not very helpful

Twice now I have attempted to get service from them and they said it would be 4-5 business days. On day 5 I called and they said they would do their best to get someone there and would not give me an estimate. The issue seems to be that their retail side and repair side seem to have a big disconnect. The retail side answers the phone but is not able to give an accurate estimate because they dont schedule the repair people. The repair side does the scheduling but does not answer the phone. Very frustrating.

Had them come out for a couple of calls. Both times, I asked them to meet me there to show them the issue. Every occasion, they has someone show up when I wasnt there and misdiagnosed the issue. I had to call them to find out when they were coming, only to tell me they had already checked it out. I had a leak in one of the valves, which I wanted to show them, which emptied my pool down to the skimmer, when I asked the technician what he thought the problem was, he told me that the water level in my pool was too low for the pump to operate and told me just to add water. Wow, I literally was left speechless. I asked to reschedule another appointment a year ago and never heard from them again, btw they charged me both times also. Never again, stay away.

I really hate to give bad reviews but, this place has let me down multiple times. I really needed some work done in a timely matter and they dropped the ball, never got back to me. When I finally did get a hold of somebody, weeks later, they told me they couldnt do the work. This company seems very disorganized and unprofessional.This caused me a lot of trouble at work. Im sure they are fine for general pool service but anything more than that I would not use them for.

I had this service a few years back. At first they did a good job. Over time they began having different people clean my pool. Or should I say stop by my place and look at my pool and leave. I work at home so I watched them do this. After 3 weeks of doing nothings at my pool it began to turn green. They then contacted me and said it would be hundreds of dollars to fix my pool. I told them what happened that the guy didnt do anything and they tried to say he did and sometimes there are extra charges. I understand that but this was due to their neglect not a natural occurance

We had a great experience with the person who installed our pool but since then the service has been awful. As of this writing, none of our phone calls are returned and additional work has not even been initiated.
