Imy family had service before and terminal was great well not this time I have never had such horrible customer service. I got roaches from somewhere so I got terminex they came and sprayed didnt have me clean my cupboards out or anything. Then I call for a respray appointment about 4 days later they said they get bk to me in 48 hour it took me call over and over for 3 weeks to finally get someone to come and tell me the wouldnt spray cuz I needed a clean out now meaning I needed everything out of my cupboards. Im irritated he says hell schedule an appointment need, t Wednesday it never happens I am currently trying to get a refund d because they literally did not do their jobs period.

From a consumers point of view, this service sounded great from the start. Unfortunately, Terminix ended up being the biggest mistake I’ve made with my current home. They charged over 6k for exclusion and insulation. They put holes in my deck, leaving 4 inch star head screws standing upright, myself and my kid tripped over them. They left their exclusion mesh over my dryer vent causing a crazy build up of lint (huge fire hazard, when there is another safe option to get a better result at Home Depot). None of their exclusion work has shown to work at all, I still have rats and mice living in my attic (I have taken care of them myself). They said, we placed traps all over your attic and we will check them any time you hear one or when you ask us to. I went up to check the work, they out 3 traps from the crawl space at about arms length. Awesome. Then the dude asked me if he could put exclusion mesh on the OUTSIDE of my house rather than having to crawl.....no sir you cannot. That’s really only the beginning. Terminix is a scam overall.

I am very pleased with service. My specialist Xue Vang was very pleasant his custmer service was great and he made sure that all needs where met and gave me card if anything was needed.Thank you for getting these Spiders out!!!

I had a rodent problem and I call terminex. The girl I spoke to on the phone was great and very helpful. She also got me scheduled within a couple days. The guy who did my inspection was very knowledgeable about the rodent problem. He explained what I needed to do to correct the problem. He gave me the quote and was able to get us set up with a payment plan that worked for us. He schedule the installation of the rodent barrier the next business day. The installation was very quick and the crew was very polite and professional. I am pleased with the intire experience.

Terminix schedules appointments for us and lets us know. Darrell has been coming over to keep the bugs away for years. He has always answered our questions at that time without having to get back to us. He is a professional at what he does.

Just canceled my account. I have been having service for several months, but when I spotted a cockroach in my kitchen, I called to have service ASAP. Had to wait a week. Kept seeing cockroach, it lived in my kuerig. Day of service, no show. Several attempts to call. On hold for more than ten minutes so I have up. Put my kitchen back together. Waited for regular service call. I changed the time so I would be home, and could get the representative to come in and treat my kitchen. Emptied kitchen again. Came home from work to see that service was done already. Outside. Was on hold for 20 minutes this time. I canceledPaid another 89$ for nothing. Threw out the kuerig. Thanks a lot guys. Merry Christmas, I was told when I canceled.

I applied for a job and the only thing i ever recieved was a bunch of unwanted ads about protecting my home or calls asking me to purchase their services. Not once did i recieve a reply or notification about my resume bieng recieved and i never subscribed to their email services simply just wantes a job
