I love this company. I literally tell them I love them when I visit. First of all every single technician does perfect work and the nails last forever. I have been doing my nails at salons for over 20 years and this is the only shop where the nails consistently dont break off or chip. I always think that theyre using some sort of secret ingredients. I am posting a picture here of a beautiful pink and American white ombre that Kenny did. Some reviewers complain that they are not the fastest place in town, but I believe theyre the most popular nail salon in town. Theyre absolutely slammed and working as fast as they can, so give some extra time when you come here. Thank you Angel Nails you guys are one of my favorite businesses in town.

I thought treating my girlfriend to a spa day would be a sweet and enjoyable anniversary gift for her. I set up an appointment for 9am and asked if they would be done by about 10 due to having another appointment at 10:30.The lady I spoke to on the phone told me that they would most definitely be able to make that work so I set up the appointment. Once my girlfriend got there they started her pedicure but didn’t start her manicure, but other clients were receiving their manicure and pedicure at the same time.Ultimately my girlfriend only was able to get her pedicure and left before the manicure because they were not able to get the appointment done in the originally agreed upon time. They told me they would be done at the time I had asked about but it’s very clear that they just said that to get her scheduled for an appointment.It’s also worth mentioning my girlfriend was the second person in the door for the day since we arrived early and waited for the shop to open.

Service was good. Don or Donna did my nails. I needed a fill and color change. She was extremely fast, a bit rough with the file and dremel, and attention to detail didnt seem high on the priority. However, my nails came out very even and smooth and beautiful. If someone was to look very closely they would see the spots where there is no nail polish, or where it was scratched off on the sides from the rough filing. These things are not noticeable unless pointed out. I love how they turned out. I would 100% recommend and would go back again.

Angels Nails is without a doubt the top nail salon in Chico. Period. The salon itself is so classy and super upscale. But its all the super talented manicurists that make it so amazing. Most salons will only have a few employees so theres always a wait. But the Angels crew has like 10 or more working every day so you get seen really fast. The men and women there all have serious skills and give their best every single time. I got the Dip Powder for the first time today its so much faster than acrylic and the nails are way stronger I love it. Got my nails & pedicure done by one of their youngest I feel bad I didnt get his name but hes the super cute young guy with tattoos.. 😄 I wanna say Kevin..? Idk he did such a great job Im so happy Id def recommend him. I havent had everyone yet but if you go ask for Danny, Ann, Mai or either one of the owners (husband and wife)they rockstars.

This was my fist experience with a nail salon in Chico and I loved it! I’m glad I was able to find a place that takes their time to do your nails and give you a great manicure/pedicure! The staff was really sweet. I would highly recommend coming to this nail salon.

The owner spends more time talking (speaking loudly) to the other technicians, than focusing on the customers in her chair. Its not relaxing at all. Pedi, however, was very nice...I had the Milk and Honey pedi. Nancy was sweet.

Maybe I had a bad experience, but this place does not take into consideration that you made an appointment. As a business, please don’t offer appointment options if you’re just going to allow the walk-ins to take over who took the time to formally set a time in their day to have a service. This place will take anyone walking in, they seem to push back on people with appointments. It’s too many chairs and not enough employees. My nail tech didn’t do anything of value from the Milk and Honey pedicure. He kept eying the young tall pretty teenagers in the place. I was there from 12-3:30. And I made an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure. I still tipped my tech $20 because I was in the service industry so I understand. But I will not be back.

Acrylics have never lasted me this long! So kind and great price. Very satisfied

I had Mai as my nail tech and she was amazing! She was super meticulous and made sure they were perfectly even and that there was no flaws. Thank you so much!! If I hadnt recently moved to Enoch, UT I would only go there to get my nails done!

I highly do NOT recommend this business. I scheduled an appointment the day before and made sure that the 3 people going could sit next to one another. We arrive and are told appointments don’t mean you get served prior to a walk-in. Unusual business practice, but we continued. I am temporarily handicapped and they have no room for me to walk with a walker. Furniture is so tightly packed. They go to sit us, and the girl at the end of 3 empty seats says that she is saving them for her friends. They let her and seat us at two corners of the room and the middle, so we can’t reasonably talk to one another. Then we wait. They serve 2 other walk-ins who arrived after us. We are patient, assuming it’s a mistake. After 20 minutes, the friends who had saved seats arrive, and they mention one of them is a regular, so that’s why they saved the seats. After 1 hour of waiting, they go to serve another new walk-in when we point out that we were here prior. They say that those people had an appointment. We retort that we did as well. They ignore us and serve them. Only after another 1/2 hour, and them seating more people, when we get up to leave do they suddenly rush around and make employees doing manicures come over to help. Which takes another 1/2 hour. They tell us how they’re short staffed and doing the best they can. No apologies; just excuses. Also, if you are a business and short staffed, you don’t take on more work than you can handle, or you at least inform clients of a potential and significant wait time prior to services. I was the last one out of there because my pedicurist kept getting up to talk to his clients about booking appointments. It was a bummer because, if he got up in the middle of a part of the pedicure, like the lotion massage, he didn’t do a massage since the lotion had dried. Even though I paid extra for it. In the end, I was out of there 2- 1/2 hours after our appointment time. It was a horrible experience, I will always warn people against going here, and I’ll never return. Please, take my story as a potential warning, and take your business somewhere more deserving.

Made us wait and water for the pedicure got cold. Technician gave color books to people that were in after me and my sister and pwid.no attention to us in that way. Technician did not pay attention to another customers pedicure station and left the water on and nearly flooded the bowl until customer shut it off themselves

Ruined my nails. And I mean ruined. Came out crooked and misshaped. I ended up having to go home and file them myself just so they were straight. She didn’t even get the gel down to my cuticles and left a huge gap. One week later and I’m already going to get them redone because I can’t even look at them anymore. Don’t go here, I don’t know how they got 4 stars

I went in to get my lashes done, the lady came right at the time my lashes were scheduled. The whole time the atmosphere was loud and noisy, and Angela who did my lashes, would answer the phone while doing my lashes, yelling in my ear. I’ve never been anywhere more unprofessional, I understand you get what you pay for but I left half way through the appointment and still had to pay $80 for unfinished lashes. She didn’t ask what size I wanted or anything, and there was doors slamming in the background and people yelling the whole time. Not to mention she kept leaving and assisting others while I sat with my eyes closed on the table. Not relaxing at all, and not great for someone who experiences panic attacks.

Very nice nail salon. Unfortunately I did not get the name of my tech but she was friendly enough. Very quiet and focused. I took a picture of the design I wanted. She was very honest and explained that she couldnt do that exact design but would do something similar and its lovely(pic attached). Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the website said they offered a complimentary glass of wine and I wasnt even offered a glass of water also the manicure itself was very basic. I would have liked a more pampered option like they have for the pedicures.

I needed my nails done for Halloween and they did a great job. I was helped by Kenny who made sure my nails were equally straight and the same length. I was also helped by another woman whom I didnt catch her name who had a swell steady hand to hand draw the designs I asked for. They were nice and funny. You just have to speak up if you feel something needs adjustment with your nails in the process. This was my first visit here and I believe I will visit again when I need my nails done.

Very disappointed, I went in for a fill and ended up getting a new set. When KENNY was taking off my old set he managed to damage the top of my natural nail causing it to bleed. He seemed rushed and was rather rough. When filling my nails down he left multiple cuts on the sides of my fingers which were also bleeding. Ive never left a nail salon with my fingers hurting. WHATCH OUT LADIES

I have only been there twice so far. The 1st time I had Danny and he was so good I asked for him the 2nd time. He is awesome, friendly, and does an excellent job. The 2nd time I decided to try the dip for the 1st time ever and I am very happy with it. I will not go to anyone else but Danny now. Hope he’s there for a long time, as I have tried so many other nail salons, it’s nice to finally find a home.

Made reservations online received a text confirmation that night and the following day went to my appointment and was told I had no appointment. Asked if I could wait an hour to be seen I said no really didnt try and fix the problem left very unhappy.

Just had a pedicure with white tips and acrylic nails put on yesterday for my upcoming wedding. I am so pleased! I tried the pink ombre for my nails and I am in love. I had jewels and a design put on my big toes and ring fingers. Great attention to detail and they match perfectly. They did a great job!!!!

An Vo was a great nail technician. I have never had a complaint about this place. They are clean and professional with a good value and great quality. They make me feel welcome and relaxed. Good quality nails too.

The place needs some ventilation. Fans, air purifier, or even have the door open. Yes, it’s a place to get your nails done. However I have never been in a place where the acrylic smell is so strong that makes you get a headache while getting your nails done. The lady that did my “manicure” did a really bad/awful job. I’m trying to post a picture of my nails 3 days after I had my manicure. If I figure it out I will.

Have been to this salon three times. It appears to be very clean. Everyone is always welcoming and friendly. They are following safety protocols by requiring face masks, distancing clients from one another, and screen every customer with a forehead thermometer prior to beginning services. In addition, I have observed the technicians cleaning and disinfecting their stations between clients. Well done!

Great service, affordable, took my daughter and her friend and they got awesome nail art and you know how difficult that can be on small nails! The people were friendly and attentive. Will definitely be coming back!

Called them yesterday to get my eyebrows done which they said they do, came in was directed to a room to wait in and was told it would only be 5mins before they came in to do mu eyebrows. I waited so 10 mins go by. No big deal so I wait alittle longer then 20 mins go by no one has come in yet. So i open the door and ask a lady walking by if they are almost to me she says nothing and keeps walking so I sit back down leaving the door open and wait patiently then a hour goes by I get up and go ask why am I still not being take care of yet . A lady replys and has an attitude and tells me to go sit back down and wait so I do. She comes in 5 mins later and I show her a pic of how I would like my eyebrows done she looks at me and then tells me they dont do waxing only cleaning ! I waited a hour and 5mins for NOTHING! Even after being told over the phone they did it .

Made my finger and nail bleed. Didnt do a second coat when they shouldve. The nail tech was ripping my arms around not being very nice and it nothing close to the design I showed her. Not happy.
