I would like respond to the bad review. We are very sorry that your brother purchased the wrong size nozzle for his machine. The unit was older with no markings. The counter person qualified the purchase with the fact that the nozzle would not perform if it was not sized properly. When it was brought in for exchange I willing offered an exchange but asked if he new what size his unit needed or it would fail again.In fact, at no additional change we ended up testing the unit to determine what volume and pressure the unit operated at to help him know what he was working with.I believe Industrial Equipment went above and beyond customer service to help him. He was given free service advise from us on a unit he did not purchase from us.As far as asking him to leave - which I did. I had notified him I was headed to the doctor and had concluded his persistent discussion on the subject.
