Absolutely wonderful cakes that are not only decorated beautifully but are so tasty and rich! They will decorate how you like as we had a “beach themed” 20th Anniversary Zoom Party and the cake had a palm tree, sand, water and shells. Very impressive. Thank you for adding to a wonderful evening for us.

Never came across or worked at a bakery that doesnt do simple custom orders. Was told they make the same cakes over and over in bulk, and a rainbow cake wasnt possible? Very friendly service, but how is this even a real bakery?

Melissa did such an amazing job with only 4 days notice! Everyone at my birthday said its the BEST cake they have ever had and even better than the other competitors in Chico! The cake was moist, not dense and the flavor, wow! Get the strawberry cream cheese filling its amazing!! Thanks for making my day special! 100000 stars!

Highly recommend, amazing service. I did not have time in my day to walk in to order. Over the phone Mim’s was able to order the cake for my daughters special 18th b-day. I was reassured I would be happy... and I am!!!

Ive ordered a few cakes(& had truffles too) from Mims over the years on the phone and online & never had a problem. They respond quickly, confirm order and let me know if anything else I need to let them know. Cakes always turned out beautifully and were loved by all. The young ladies who work there and Melissa have always been pleasant. The truffles are yummy and dangerous. The cakes always delicious, moist and full of flavor! The location was a bit tricky at first but I have it down now :) Will use Mims again for sure! Picture of last 2 below

We were driving around their location and came across their bakery, we tried and few of their delicious cupcakes. But the best part for me and my two year old was the chocolate chip cookies. So yummy not too soft and not too crunchy and regular size cookies (which was great for my little one)

Mims made our wedding cake and delivered an outstanding cake. It was moist, fluffy, and beautiful! I highly recommend working with them for any event. Melissa was very down to Earth and ran everything smoothly.

Every thing I have had from Mims Has been awesome awesome awesome. I love this place. I get a cake for my wifes birthday every year. They even recreated our wedding cake topper from a picture. I think it was better by them.

I used to wonder why Mims doesnt seem to do much advertising. Now I know, with cake this good word gets around. Probably the best cake Ive ever had.
