If I could give more than five stars I would. The guys at L.E. went of their way to get my truck fixed, and squeezed me into the busy schedule. I was in and out in less than an hour, problem solved.. good as new. Wasnt an easy job either. I was met with good vibes from the start and overall this has been my best experience with a mechanic shop yet. Great shop space, clean and organized. Everyone was friendly, professional, genuine, helpful, and straightforward with me. Rates were excellent. Highly recommended, dont hesitate to choose L.E. for all of your automotive repair needs!

Honestly, if I can give this place a 10+ star I would do it in a heartbeat. Lynton, the guy that I talked to over the phone and saw in person was very nice cool guy, and also knowledgeable about everything that was going on with my car. In fact, the mechanic and the people that work there were also very nice and knowledgeable they really took care of me. The best part of this experience is that, they were so honest and the price literally was so affordable and reasonable!! I know it sounds so good to be true, but trust me I compared and called every automotive place in Chico because I needed a second opinion just coz’ I wasn’t justified on how much the other places would charge me. Until I found this place, and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I did it by phone and went in in-person to follow through, and it was the same exact quote as I got on the phone. It actually even got cheaper!! after they found and pinpoint the actual problem. All I can really say is check them out to see for yourself. They really live by their 5-STAR rating. I guess I just found myself a new automotive place to go, If something happens. Amazing place, keep it 100 :)

Best auto shop Ive ever been to! Some of the friendliest service in Chico and fair prices too. My old auto shop told me that I needed to get my power steering fluid replaced and that it would cost about $400. LE Automotive checked it out and my power steering fluid was 100% fine. They also have a shuttle service as well, and you can see them sanitize the shuttle car after its been used. Lynton was so friendly and explain everything to me so well. I will defiantly be coming here from now on and highly recommend them.

Car repairs always suck but my experience with them has been good

He did a great job on my repair, I was worried it wasnt going to pass smog and I was also worried that my car was going to leave me on the side of the road any time soon because the motor would lose power. He was able to diagnose it fix the issue and he charged me a reasonable price. It went in and out the same day. Fantastic work! you got yourself a customer for life! oh and I passed smog :)

My fiance and I came here to get the interior of our car detailed for our upcoming wedding. We struggled to find a detailer that was upfront about their pricing (or would at least get back to us with pricing) with good reviews. Lynton was responsive on Yelp, had reasonable prices, and had good reviews, so we booked our appointment--and were really glad we did! Lynton was professional and friendly, and the interior of car looks better than when I bought it! His pricing was more than fair, and he even threw in a little extra as a congratulations on our upcoming wedding.We will definitely be coming back for future auto needs, and would highly recommend him to others!

Took my car here for my 100k service and they did a great job! Price was fair, they were so helpful by explaining to me all the repairs they did, they gave me a loaner car to use for the whole day and just all around great customer service! I had a power steering fluid leak in my Toyota Celica and needed to have the engine and undercarriage pressure washed to see where the engine oil leak was. I did a Google search and was stoked to find L E Automotive’s website. There was a complete description of the detailing packages which listed exactly what I needed. I called and Lynton he said they could just pressure wash the engine but I decided to have the EXTREME package done. I quit smoking last July and wanted to have the inside of my car shampooed and cleaned. Well, it smells fantastic inside! No trace of the cigarette smoke smell. The headlights are amazing and don’t look so foggy anymore. I thought my tinting was peeling off but it was a water stain that they got out. My sunroof looks sharp. My car is so shiny! They did an excellent job. And to keep everyone safe during the pandemic, they picked up my car and dropped it back off to me. I can’t tell you how much stress that took off of me. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience at L E Automotive!

This is a great independent shop. The customer service is outstanding. The repairs were done on time, and for the price quoted for our old Honda Civic. Parts and labor were less than any other shop in town. I will continue to take my vehicles to Lynton at LE Automotive in Chico for all service and repairs.

I do not post reviews often and Im very picky with my mechanics since I would rather do it myself considering I had bad experiences with past shops. But I have limited time and I needed it done quick. I work at an Auto Parts store and I listen to shops prices and see how they are as a person. I heard great things about LE Automotive. I asked around before contacting them and I heard almost no negative comments. I gave it a shot and they knocked it out as fast as they could that day. If you are a person who is sketchy about Mechanic shops, take my word for it, these people are professional and very understanding. Thank you guys for the help!

Lynton and his family are hard working professional people. They go above and beyond to help you out and make sure you are taken care of. They give a full check over on your car and make sure everything is in working order. I have known the family now for a few years and have always thought them awesome people. When he opened his shop up again here in Chico I knew I wanted to give them my business. After all it takes an army to build your business back up. He exceeded my expectations by a mile. He was professional, he had my car done within a day, and he was very reasonably priced. He replaced my timing belt and a valve cover. I had been getting my oil changed a local quick shop and not been told why my oil was leaking when getting my oil changed, just that I had an oil leak somewhere. So I continued to just replace my oil as it leaked because working around my work schedule makes it hard to get into a mechanic. He also informed me of my warped rotors and a shake in my front wheels (both I had known about but he gave me the tools needed to solve both problems). He recommended warrantying my rotors out where I had bought them, didnt try to sell me on anything after I had told them we just had them replaced in September, and told me that a rotation of my tires should solve the wheel shake and then proceeded to rotate them for me. It definitely solved the problem and my car drives SO much smoother now. He checked all of my fluid levels and conditions for me, changed my oil at my request, and I didnt even have to drive my car all the way to Chico from Red Bluff to get the repairs! He did that drive for me which helped save me a ton of time! I highly recommend this shop to any one looking for a reliable honest and hard working Automotive Mechanic. He will definitely take care of you and do his best to help make it work for you. Hes a great man and a hard worker. You will not be disappointed by his services, and if by chance you are; he will do his best to remedy the problem I am sure.
