She got all my info and SSN and after creating a profile for me then after 45 minutes wasting my time she says, she can’t cash my check.

The location isnt my favorite and they tend to have long lines. However, Jason one of the employees here is very nice, energetic, offers services/promotions in a no pressure kinda way and is quick at getting you in and out - which I love!!!!! Always makes my day when I come in and he is the one who helps me!

So weird & secretive over the phone... wont give rates or estimates... no ballpark numbers or anything. The representative couldnt even tell me what guidelines are used to determine pricing just bring your check in & well run it through our system & be sure to give you the best rate. Makes me think theyre just charging whatever they want when you get in.

They gave me 7 money orders, because they didnt have the cash. That was fine with me, but today I went to cash one of those, and it was Disbursement by Walmart

I have had a payday loan for 4 months here. I went in on 11/1/18 to pay another $45 and got a allergy headache. Im allergic to there red plug in. Sandra told me even if I unplug it the cent will still be here. So I sent a family member in to pay them and get my check.I called a week later talked to her again about rewriting but she would rather keep the red plug in. I guess cash 1 doesnt need my business anymore. Going somewhere else.

Good service, kind employees. Only thing....they need to have a second cashier on morning of first of the month, when everyone has checks and needs to pay bills. Would help long frustrating line

Ive been a student for over four years with Ashford University, and every so often when my disbursements come thru with my loans and grants, and I will receive a check for the remaining funds left over. Its called a stipend check. Well this check cashing center took all my personal information, took copies of my ID and of the check and told me my check was fraudulent. They were rude and unhelpful with any further information. Well I went to the bank (I have no account with) and they were able to cash my check for five dollars. It was not fraudulent, the workers just dont know how to call and verify checks. A bunch of idiots. I will be monitoring my information thru a identity protection agency because of them keeping my info. Go to Walmart, a bank, or somewhere else because this place sucks and their unprofessional.

Lazy. Slow. Asks same questions and gives attitude after 30 mins of waiting for them to verify a check, which they couldnt even do that. Take the check to Wells Fargo got it cashed in 2 mins for $7.50. This place would of charged $100 something. The Lady behind the counter was sitting by her computer playing solitaire and the other lady kept calling insurance company to verify why Im getting that check which is private information. Yes verify whos its issued too and the amount. Not why Im receiving a settlement check. Then the lady on computer had another customer come in. She rudely didnt acknowledge him until 7-10 mins of standing there. The gal on the phone was handling my check processing, while girl behind counter was getting paid to play video games. Too lazy to actually help a customer. The guy ended up waking out. This place is a joke. Walmart, Finnegans jug or bank would be better option than cash one.
