Great service!I used Younique Automotive for the first time this week. Kevin and Craig took great care of my car’s needs. It was a very small issue that needed to be addressed but after experiencing such nice and honest guys I know that I will be bringing my car back in the future if anything arises.

All I can say is they were fantastic! I was greeted promptly and the service was fast and very well done and the pricing was very fair. Even the waiting room was a nice quiet, cozy area. I highly recommend them and will be bringing my car back for whatever it may need in the future.

I appreciate the extra info I get on my car such as the tire pressure which turned out to be what I wasnt expecting. Kevin always informs me if there is something questionable and how it was addressed by the mechanic who worked on my car. The mechanics are always very helpful as well.

I recently went to Younique to get my Subaru serviced, on the recommendation of my former mechanic. He lost his business in the Paradise Camp Fire. I was very happy with the friendly reception I received. My first impression was that the owner and mechanics who work at Younique are honest, professional and very knowledgeable. I will definitely return to Younique and especially recommend them to other woman who may have had less than satisfactory experiences with automotive shops in the past. Craig and the technicians at younique automotive have been a big help to us.I have an old Ford Taurus that gave me a barrage of problems and after checking out many other shops in Chico and losing lots of hair in the process, I tried this shop at the reference of a coworker.Craig was able to diagnose the problem with my vehicle quickly and efficiently. He was also able to explain what was wrong with my car so that I could understand it.Another nice thing is that since going to Younique automotive, Im able to spend less time with my car in the shop and more time on the road with it.

I had a great experience at Younique when I brought my wifes vehicle in to have the brakes checked. As it turned out only the parking brake mechanism needed adjustment. They did a full safety inspection too and finished work in about an hour. Friendly guys, excellent service, a trustworthy shop. Recommended!

I really trust these fellas with my van. I am going to start having my regular oil changes done here so I can trust they are really watching fluid levels. They know everything from cracked snorkels to swaying sway bars!

We live on the coast and sold a vehicle to someone in Chico .Come to find out the diesel truck needed to be smogged before the new owner could get the registration. He took the truck to Younique Automotive to get the smog. The truck needed some work in order to get it to pass, which was our responsibility. The team at Younique Automotive worked with us over the phone to diagnose the problems and get it fixed. They kept us informed the entire time as to what was going on and what needed to be done next. They were very professional throughout the entire process, got it fixed, passed smogged and all at fair price. I would recommend Younique Automotive to all of our friends and family.
