My sons father has been paying his child support for most his life. They keep taking it because as they say there r dead beat dada out there that dont reimburse the state for assistance their childrens moms receive and reimbursement must come from somewhere. I work his father works I dont and have never received assistance or medical and his father pays his child support so where is my child to be putunished for other people. I think its just greed of the state of Oklahoma. This shoulder illegal

Its a breath of fresh air to know that I was able to get you instead of someone being rude and disrespectful.

Such a waste of oxygen these people. So I get a card for a refund. Money they owe me because we had to stop using them since they failed to take money automatically out of my checks and were threatening me with stuff. Such as taking me to court, revoking my license, etc etc. heaven forbid they owe you money. First it’s “it will take a week for the money to get to that account.” Now it’s “it will take two more weeks to get that into your account.” They are absolutely useless.

Yeah! I remember when I owed child support they took my license they took my electrical license now when I get custody and she owes me they do absolutely nothing they don’t collect her child support from her or take her license or intercept her taxes this is women only benefit apparently

I have always been treated with kindness and respect! I pay child support and its always refreshing to call and hear an understanding voice on the phone. Steve is especially kind to me!

The most useless people I’ve ever met, kind of impressively so.

I havent seen my son since 2013 and nothing has been done. I have no address no communication for him. I fell behind and so they took my tax return. I called and asked why it wasnt applied and they said they never took it. I called IRS and proved they had it and Nothing was done. Now they took my stimulus check and once again the irs said dhs had it and dhs said they dont. Nothing but a bunch of bs

Had my tax return intercepted since 2015 and have been current on payments. Failure to communicate with another state has led to my passport not being able to be renewed and me not receiving my tax returns.

They do not care.. customer service agents don’t know anything. Money gets taken, then held for 6 months to find out if they need to give it back. I’m the custodial parent, he is 22,000 plus behind. There is not one reason the money should be held that long.

I paid $15,000 in 4 years slip up on a couple payments and they suspend my license now I cant work stranded. Studying for my contractor test and the money that comes from this that could be towards my kids is now shot. Where is the Justice. Let up on us who pay and care for the kids. Im a struggling student and I care and I take care of my kids with God in my decision making everyday process and I have no money and no bad attitude just want to be treated as a good father and help make it possible for me to better myself for my kids future.

I know where my kids dad works, lives, and he has an upcoming court date. He hasnt been served in 6 years, except once when they moved offices and cancelled that court date. They say, theres nothing we can do, all because someone has to state that he lives/works at the addresses Ive given. They tell me they cannot operate illegally and he has rights and refuse to serve him like Im trying to coerce them into doing something illegal; its insulting. The upcoming court date was established on the 6th for the 24th, but they said I had to give 3 weeks notice minimum. They dont care. They dont try even when its right in front of them. 6 years without child support, AND they try and take my Medicaid away if Im noncompliant with paperwork. Insane.
