Horrible service. Horrible attitudes. Horrible job. Made my daughter bleed and her nails weren’t straight nor was the polish. Said they couldn’t do a lot of things there as far as designs.

This is the 2nd time Ive showed up at opening and they werent open. They showed up about 5 minutes after their open time last time. Today, I waited around for 15 minutes and no one showed up.

I went here to get my nails filled and colored a certain way and they couldn’t do it so we decided something else and it still wasn’t something they could do ; mostly complications with not being able to communicate. we went with a French tip full-set and I had the only 2 women working in the shop that day working on each hand to try their best to do a French tip (which was their idea) it was still 40$ over all and I was in there 2hoursThe second day I got my nails filled one broke from a chip in it from being filled too much and the equipment isn’t sterile at all because my hands are itchy and breaking out .I didn’t write this review to be negative but I reconsidered everything I wanted done to make their job easier and I wasted 50$ and my hands look like a disaster and I’m in LAS VEGAS :(

I asked for a green and white ombré and it’s not an ombré at all! The overall look is messy and rushed. He said what I wanted wasn’t possible and didn’t want me to come back upset about them after two hours there I just wanted to pay and be done with it the next day my pointer finger hurts BAD and upon calling them he overcharged me as I paid 50 but the girl today said for what I had done it’s a 40 dollar job. Will be going to a different salon Saturday to have them fixed my fault for not being vocal but I attempted to ask him to just do them overall green but he ignored me.

Its okay gets pretty pricey for long nails tho

Staff was VERY friendly and nice, got me right in and did an awesome job on my nails, will definitely come back again ❤️❤️❤️

Nail polish smells fantastic, I dont know what they put in it but Id wear it by the gallon. Try to avoid the time to do it again soon... thank you!

Worst manicure Ive ever had in my entire life!! I got butchered. I believe, Heck I know I could do a better job. I actually had to take t nail file from t man and file em myself. Was very rude and felt very uncomfortable. Had to ask myself if they are even certified to do this kind of work? There was a lady tht left after a pedi and was very upset. So my bad for staying and paying. Absolutely t worst!!!!!!!!! And my nails were in great health and now they need rehab! Succccckkk!

Always does great job on my nails and feet

O P Nails sucks they put my 10 and 11 year olds in baby chairs. And I had to move chairs because the massager did not work. My water and my kids water was cold after I reptaly toled them it was cold. And there utensils did not look sterile at all. We made a fake ER to get out of there. And the staff did not speak good English at all I could barely under stand them. And the only reason I am giving them 1 star is because I have to.

I would recommend you to not go here. Went an had mani an pedis with my sister spent alot of money. The nails are not straight or down to the culturals an nails are not even. Very bad service

One of the worst pedicures ever.. place is filthy and very unsanitary.. Im kicking myself for not getting up when I realized the foot spas were dirty.. my daughter told me after we left hers had toenails floating in it.. so nasty and lazy!! Never again!!

Horrible service, will never go back again!!!! Nail service was rushed and worst experience Ive ever had, nails are not even, the guy cant file to save his life and the acrylic has bubbles all through it. The color ombre is crappy. And the nails are already lifting it hasnt even been a week (5 days since it was done) will recommend that no one ever go there! Extremely disappointed in the service i received for 50 bucks, just calling it a loss and a waste of money😠

If I could do zero stars I would. Worst place ever. Zero percent sanitary. Pulled out a grater to do my feet from the person next to me and used it then turned around and used it on my friend without sanitizing it first. Will never ever go back.

I went there to get some acrylics, bad service, rushed the nails, the lady kept messing around to mess up my nails, days later the nail polish is coming off the nails are peeling off.. only 1 cost of nail polish on my nails too, it was horrible never want to ever go again.

Horrible service and they did a horrible job. Went in for a refill and two days later I was walking down my hallway at home and the nail just fell off. They werent the friendliest either, felt like they talked about us the whole time. Will never go back there....
