I had trouble finding my way to their offices. Whoever helped me with my case was not very enthusiastic; Felt very unwelcome there. However, they did seem to know exactly what they were doing and were able to help me with my case.

With everything going on, Im truly thankful for all the employees at the Chickasha office. I was not the easiest person to deal with but they still helped me with everything I needed help with. They were all very professional and kind, even when I was extremely upset. I just want to say you are all amazing and thank you for your commitment to helping all of us through this pandemic. And to the office supervisor Jo, I just want you to know that you are doing an amazing job running your office during all this.

I got right in, no wait. Mary had my issue fixed in 5 minutes. She was so helpful and courteous!!

Absolutely phenomenal staff, they are helping fix what the bums at the okc office have severely messed up.

The lady that was helping me was very nice, but another lady was not Professional, she was putting her input in without being asked and was being very rude for no reason at all!! I drove an hour to be their for their help, Very unprofessional , I won’t go their again.

Waited from 9-11:30 outside in line. Someone did come out with water once. Left when they closed for lunch but the guy came and got our names and made a list so we got to go back to where we were in line. Got done about 3:30.. Woman was very helpful inside. Not sure she understood what I was asking but she tried.

It was quick. I got there at 6:30 am this time and I was the first by an hour and fifteen minutes. Four minutes inside, problem solved ( a glitch in the system) and gone.

If anyone higher up ever reads this..Shannon is your MVP! Give her a raise!!

Great help on unemployment and getting it done, they move at a fast paste and goet you in and get the issue fixed.

Mary was so helpful and nice !!

When i went there in 2008 after being laid off from being a welder.the lady there was so rude they made me take a test and after she said i was lying the test said i wasnt a welder.
