Excellent company and customer service! We discovered that my computer had acquired some kind of virus (after accidentally clicking on something that I shouldn’t have on my screen). I called Industry Systems to assist me in this matter. They were quickly responsive and helpful to me in my time of need and quickly resolved the issue and also cleaned up my computer (they even found a couple of other potential bugs that we were unaware of as well that could have been harmful!!). The employees are friendly, skilled and efficient in problem solving and they were able to quickly diagnose and resolve my issue, and they did all of this by accessing the computer remotely! I would highly recommend this company not only for their professional skill, but also for the excellent customer service that I received.
