Great place to unload! Fast and friendly! Past reviews of receiving lady Claudia are all true! Pleasant place for truckers. Dont be late though, there is a $100 penalty for being late. 9/9/19- once again great experience!!

Extremely rude lady Claudia, we got stuck in traffic and called them that we MAY be late 15-20 min after the appointment, she started being rude and telling us that if the driver is 31 minutes late there will be a 300$ late fee. However my driver checked in 5 minutes before the scheduled delivery app, now its 2.5 hours pass the appointment and they didnt touch the truck, i called and she came back that since we called that truck will be late 15 minutes late they already assigned another truck to be unloaded. Very low ball excuse! I told her, same way they charge 300$ late fee for 31 minutes late, we will charge them the same 300$ if they dont unload the truck asap and another 100$ per hour for every additional hour !!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Easy to get to as long as you follow the truck routes.(I55N to exit 290, left on Damen Ave, left on blue island, left on western, left on bross, left into warehouse)Dont be late. There is a $100 late fee. However, they do not pay you if they take their time to unload. But dont be early or youll burn your 14hr clock unnecessarily.Appointment was for noon. Checked in and docked 1145.1145 docked1330 started unloading1525 finishedLost my next load because they wont allow me to unload and have to wait on them. Two stars for a decent warehouse with space considering its Chicago but poor service and poor time management/unload service.

Great service...The lady in the receiving its very friendly and Very professional her name is Claudia...My delivery was done in no time...All you got to do its be there on time for youre appointment also is one of the cleanest warehouse in chicago i have seen

**Truck Drivers** Do not follow your GPS**From I55 North take exit 290/Damen Ave and follow the signs for Damen Ave to the stop light then turn left. Then turn left on Blue Island Ave and Left on Western Ave. After you go under I55, youll turn left onto Bross Ave. The entrance to the docks is just past the stop sign on your left. Nice, clean large lot.
