It was amazing, one of the cleanest waste sites Ive been on so far. The supervisor was very helpful, understanding and I appreciated him for that. The employees was helpful. Kudos Groot

Sooooo they don’t pick up for WEEKS at Harlem and Cermak therefore overflow. Dude finally shows up, picks up and proceeds to leave this mess. God forbid anyone do his/her job properly. Classy!

Truck drivers loading scrap - the two scales you see on the south side of the building are for dump trucks. You won’t fit on them (you can drive over or around them). Your scale is on the north side of the building — it’s hard to see on the satellite image. Drive past the two scales to the rear of the building, U-turn wide toward the north side of the building, it’s a tight fit. You’ll see scale to pull onto. Your check-in door is along side the scale. Loading docks are around the corner on the west side of the building facing the street. There are three docks, sort of a tough back-in but not too bad, loading is quick, go back around the building to scale out.

Drive has serious potholes that need repaired. Need signs guiding traffic installed.

These guys are crooks. I just paid about $8 to have a single can picked up. Also Groot, your rep, Candace is extremely unprofessional. Either hire a parrot or a recorder if you need someone to read off a script instead of understanding what the customer is trying to convey.

Essentially you call and wait and wait while they tell you how valuable your time is. Most intelligent companies have moved on to Twitter - but these folks are still old school. I wish I could fire them.

Taylor, our regular waste pick up guy is the the most considerate, friendly and nice person. I am a old senior. On bad days, he brings my empty bin up to the garage door, places the recycling bin I had in back (due to too much snow/ice) of the garbage bin by the curb.

Ive worked with Groot and Jason for many years now and they have always taken care of my needs quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them for all your garbage services, they are always honest and upfront with what is in there contracts.

I hate this company. My goal is to tell the world how bad they suck at life. Can’t believe they’re still around. This company is a racket. I plan to rave on every platform how bad they suck. Stand by. I’m having my employees do the same

This company it is the worst company ever they rob you they force you into continuing having a service when you have stated that you no longer need their service they are terrible they are bullies I am reporting them to the better business bureau I hope clients to stay away from them if you try to cancel your contract with them they ask you for information that is none of their business in order to cancel your contract with them when you tell them you no longer need their service they will continue charging your credit card stay away from this company because they are horrible. Terrible customer service. I used Groot for months with no issue and then without warning or any kind of prior notification they take my cans away. When I called their customer service I was told that the township had switch to a new company so today was our last day. Groot never notified us of a cancellation and when I called their customer service, not only was I provided with a snotty attitude but was told that they thought it was the townships responsibility to notify us since they lost the bid for our area. They assumed that the township would’ve said something so they didn’t feel that it was their responsibility to notify us.

I called last week to have an old tv picked up and I was informed to have it crb side at 7am. I made to have it out the night prior and nobody came to pick it up.

This company was bought out and you sure can tell.Customer service went downThey turned off my service and I could not find out why. After my fourth call I tuned out they lost my online payment to them.This was two months ago still don’t have service backCall in waited on hold for 20 min then was hung up onBack on hold going on another 20 min

1st of all let me say that my regular garbage man is great! Now to the recycling portion -itsucks,and customer service can only be described as a disservice.

Customer Service does not exist - Sharon Alva started to help me and then stopped responding to e-mails to help our Association with general waste pick-up questions/problems.

They are very badly coordinated, it takes you long. much to throw away
