I reserved a truck however it wasn’t available upon my arrival. Daniel was very helpful in getting me a new reservation for the next day. She even said that she would give me a $50 credit for my inconvenience. I was not credited the said amount and I notice that I was charge for a after hours return fee($20). The problem with that is my rental was returned by 5:30pm the same day.

I just left after renting a trailer. I wish I knew the two young men’s names that helped me. They were friendly and helpful. The trailer originally had no power when plugged in and the one guy fixed the trailer. It took some time but I was ok with it. I appreciate people like that. I tried to call and tell their boss but I wasn’t waiting on the phone

It was clear from the moment I got there that the ownership was uninteresting in the UHaul part of the business. They are a bike/scooter business that has a Uhaul component.Their service wa extremely poor, and upon return the service continued the same. He just told us to drop the key in the overnight box which was blocked with boxes and tiles from their principal businss.NEVER going back there. Go to a proper Uhaul location instead.

I ordered literally hundreds of cardboard boxes for a bulk order for my college dorm. This required three trips in my car to get them all over to the dorm, and I was feeling pretty daunted. The staff was incredibly helpful and even gave me some free rope and helped me tie some of the boxes onto the roof of my car. It all went very well. Great service.

Don’t expect quick service here. Even if you want to buy a box, you’re going to be in line for 20 minutes, with only 2 people ahead of you. Been here several times, this place needs a management change and better employee training as their staff doesn’t seem know the system or processes.

The manager and the staff there is unbelievable they really stepped up to the plate that was the first time we going to that particular one Im from out of state and they really care about you I got a truck in a storage unit same-day quick and efficient even the guys that clean the truck out of were on point God bless you and keep you

Thanks for service on Sundays but please open on time. Staff is not sufficiently trained for costumer satisfaction. Maybe is just too early and staff are short handed. Better service when the owner and Manager is on site.

I had a hitch put on my truck at this location and it came a loose while I was on the express way towing my trailer. It had only been installed for 5 months. Never again.This location is good for renting truck only!!

Cant believe uhaul has only this place in miles to get supplies and theres always only one person at the register. I wanted to buy only a couple of boxes and had to wait in line more that 20 minutes. Same thing a week ago when I came to buy some more supplies. What a terrible service policy. Next time just go to Home Depot. Seriously this is not worth so much time.

What is the purpose of ordering and prepayments on line when you have to first wait in line over 20 minutes for service and then another 20 minutes for a poorly trained employee to hand pick each item. Never again.

Word of advice never use this location ever. You make a reservation they tell you time to pick up and no truck. What is the point of a reservation. They suck and I will never ever come here again. They are slow and rude.

I RSVP for a truck and they gave my Reservation away. not only did they do that to me, they did someone else this same way!

My experience with this location of u haul was horrible, on top of them owing me money from the return of my deposits for renting trucks from them previously, they had the nerve to rent me a broken down truck on my last rental, and when I called their emergency contact number to pick up the vehicle they didnt respond. I had to pay to get the vehicle running, and once I took it back, they claimed they didnt have any money in their register to return my deposit. After all that, they had the nerve to charge me over $500 and something dollars without my knowledge, once I found out about the charges, I asked them was this some kind of error and what I was being charged for. The women that I was speaking to got angry and hung up the phone on me.
