They are the most expensive Answering Service we have ever dealt with.They charge over $1,000 per month for after hours service of a medical group. Plus you would expect great service for this price but sadly not.Long wait times to pick up, not following instructions on who to call and further instructions for timing have failed because the operator indicates she or he is not in our time zone and therefore not responsible for timing instructions. Oh the base may be over $1,000 but additional charges apply for excess calls. They are the worst.
