Dentist are great here. They don’t try and push things on you, rather they give you a time line of when things should be done. They are meticulous about their craft as well. I always feel like I am in good hands here.

This has been the best dental office Ive worked with. They are awesome with figuring out what the insurance covers and explaining everything needed for my teeth. I get praise for my oral hygiene. It really makes me happy to know Im doing the right things to keeps my teeth healthy. I highly recommend them!Ps: they send reminders for appointments which is very helpful.

This is one of the best dentists Ive been to. Being someone who has spent a lot of money to have a great smile, who I allow to work on my teeth has always been of high importance. The staff is super friendly and the dentist is one of the best. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. I had to have a cavity filled and I was so nervous...I walked in and she completed the entire filling (with novacane) in 15 minutes. One of Chicagos best!

First let me start by saying they were absolutely amazing they got my daughter an appointment the next day on short notice because she cracked her front teeth! The facility is very modern, clean with some great decor. The whole staff was friendly and the procedure was done beautifully and fast looks like nothing even happened to her teeth! Im very happy to have found this wonderful dental office! The location and parking lot are convenient. The office itself has a clean, modern, and comfortable feel which really helps put you at ease while getting not-so-fun dental work done. Prices are reasonable. Most importantly the dentists and staff are incredibly professional and friendly. I have only had two extractions done so far, but already have complete confidence in their work and VERY MUCH look forward to getting my implants!

This was a great experience. I took my 2 kids and myself and I was really worried because of the environment we are currently in with covid. But the place was really clean and they did not allow too many people at one time. The staff was amazing and I cannot say enough about the doctor. She was amazing with both me and my children. We have been going to this dental office for about 5 years. My 2 kids and my husband and I. We were under impression that our kids were seeing a pediatric dentist as this is how we started them and they went for the first time to dentist. Once the pediatric dentist left they didn’t rehire one and failed to advice us they didn’t have one. A couple of weeks ago my daughter was told she had a cavity and they told me that they were unable to service her. So they charged me for the visit -(my one of two a year) and sent me to a different location. The pediatric dentist they sent me to, had to charge me for a regular checkup, and then another visit charge to actually fill in cavity. I called to put a complain to the manager Ania Tanner, that they were definitely ok taking my money but not service me. Why would they take my appointment for my kids if they are not able to actually help them and service them if needed?? I received a letter today telling me that they are kicking us out - the whole family from care. This is the kind of place you would be visiting. Good luck if you need any services rendered other than cleaning. I am so insulted by this letter- I cannot believe they have zero care for their clients. After 5 years.

We absolutely love Family Dental of Roscoe!! The office is clean and the staff is very friendly. We all see Dr.Kabar for our dental care. It was very important that our kids feel comfortable. Dr. Lina Kabar is great. She is very professional and always makes me feel at ease. I have had several procedures done, such as crown replacement, fillings, and just general cleaning, and all went well. I definitely recommend this dental office to anyone! Going to the dentist is probably not everyones favorite thing to do but Dr. Kabar makes the experience as great as possible!

I was very impressed with their patient care skills. Since one area on my tooth was sensitive they waited and gave more rounds of Novocain and we’re very patient by not rushing the process, even though I was the last patient god the night. Family Dental of Roscoe was professional, friendly, and offer great rates. The hygienist and doctors were wearing what I believe to be N95 masks during the pandemic, and as someone whos being more on the cautious end of going into places, I felt as comfortable as I could there. Dr. Lina Kabar is by far THE BEST Dentist Ive had the pleasure of going to! There are simply no words to describe how AMAZING she is! Her professionalism is also reflected on her staff. Lexi at the front desk is a JOY to enteract with! We moved to the south side and STILL travel the 45 minutes in traffic to get to them. Thats how good this office is. I had to get emergency treatment and they were able to get me in. The service was amazing from the girl at the front desk to the service inside my procedure. I first walked into this office 7 years ago when I was uninsured. My teeth were hurting so badly that I thought I cracked them. Turns out they were really sensitive because I was stress grinding.The dentist was super kind and sweet and the visit was completely reasonable. Fast forward to this year, I KEEP returning to them. They have a an old school conservative apporach in an incredibly updated setting.Also, I was scared to go to the dentist during COVID-19, but their precautions made me feel very confortable. I send all my friends here. Its a great office.

Family dental provides amazing service, and a friendly experience. Ive been coming here for 2 years now, and its the best experience Ive ever had at a dentist.

When I first started going there, it was great with good service. Over the past 6 months there has been additional personnel who don’t know what they’re doing and I end up in pain, being poked unnecessarily, until they give up and have someone else step in. Sometimes they overbook, and I’m sitting there for over an hour waiting for service. When I go in for cleaning, sometimes I get the full service, sometimes they skip a couple steps. It’s too bad I have to finish out my braces, but I won’t be going there after it’s over.

This is a really nice office. Staff is warm and friendly plus the facility is state of the art. Im not a big fan of dental offices but this is one of the nicest ones Ive been to. Dr. Patel and her staff treated me well and with respect. They took their time to answer my questions and made sure I understood my treatment. I am uninsured and they have a Smiles Program for the uninsured that has helped make my treatment affordable. I highly recommend this office!

I found this place by chance when I was at Petco and decided to stop in. I was extremely impressed with the degree of professionalism which was complimented by the staff who were all extremely friendly and welcoming.The space is very bright, clean and aesthetically pleasing. They also seemed to somehow get the best looking people in the dental industry to all work at one fantastic location.My first visit was a cleaning/checkup and it was very fast and painless. I also finally got a kiss from my girlfriend when I came home that night.5 stars across the board. Look no further.

As soon as my husband and I walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome and got a tour of the facility. The staff and doctors were amazing they really care about their patients. They only advise the services really needed and not try to advice you anything that is not needed like other places. I would highly recommend this place for any dental need. This really is the coolest place in town!

They are good indeed. Check my other reviews to see that I am real. I scheduled an appointment, they checked the insurance and found that if I go to another provider, I will save money. They called me and offered me a choice, so I cancelled. So essentially they lost money just because of caring for my money. This was great help and done graciously.

Ive been going to this dental office for a few years, most of the time seeing Dr. Rivera. Everyone is polite and knowledgeable. The office is also very clean and has state of the art equipment, and even has Netflix when youre waiting in your chair. They have free and easy parking within Roscoe Square. The office is upfront about costs, so you dont go into a procedure without knowing what youre expected to pay.

Never had pain free experience at a dental office until I came here. Very nice clean office. Great staff. They take most insurances. Waived my copay several times. What more can you ask for? Please go see them. You will enjoy it!

Best decision I made was switching to Novera Dental from Zizic Dental. Doctor Rivera resolved the flaws from the previous dentist at an incredible price, a small fraction of what the previous dentist had charged (not to mention the mess the previous dentist caused). The doctor is very patient and caring and the staff are fun, cheerful and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone and would rank it the best in Chicago without a doubt!

I got referred to this place by one of my co-worker , I made my appointment right before Christmas ,I am defiantly recommend this dental office to everyone .The DR and staff were very friendly and kind.

I called to get some info but they made me to go there. When i got there i got all my info that i was able to get over the phone, so i wasted my time. I told them how much i would pay at different location and that i have insurance, here i would pay 3 times more. Plus i told them over the phone that i have insurance and who is my insurance provider but like i said they made me go there when i got there they said sorry but we are not in your insurance network (i was able to get that info over the phone).

I was given a price for a root canal. And I was ok with the price. I arrived. Filled out some forms and was taken directly to the x ray room. Had xrays done. The Dr. Then tells me she will go through prices with me. To my surprise the prices where totally different than what I was told over the phone $960 more. I really believe they should have explained it to me right when I walked in for my app. They wasted time. Theirs and mine. Exposed me to radiation with the unnecessary procedure. And charged me for the time I was there, That could have been avoided. Had they reviewed prices with me from the beginning. Not happy at all!

I tend not to write reviews very often, but I cant help tell the world about this place. I had xrays, cleaning and 3 wisdom teeth taken out in one session. Before visiting Novera I had gone to 4 other dentists and this place blows them all away. From the moment you walk in till after the visit, the staff at Novera made sure I was comfortable. They have a beautiful waiting area w/ refreshments, a playroom and cable TV. The Xray machine is state of the art and they take precise photos from inside the mouth w/ a unique camera. The doctor reviewed the xrays and went over a treatment plan that was completely reasonable and did not try to sell me anything more than needed (Im glad I came here, otherwise I was told I needed work that I did not). The Doctor and Assistant worked in perfect harmony making sure the entire time I was comfortable. They always checked in to make sure the pressure and pain was tolerable. The chair had a built in massager and I was able to watch TV while they worked on me. I cant imagine an easier, less painful and pleasant experience. At the end of the procedure the doctor explained how to take care of my teeth and I was given a welcome gift. The next day I was able to go work and received a followup phone call to check in on my pain. I had VERY little swelling and pain for 3 wisdom teeth extraction thats pretty unheard of. I highly recommend this place and have already been telling my friends and family about it. Youd regret going anywhere else.PROS:- Clean / State of the Art Facility- Beautiful ambiance- Refreshments- Massage chair- Reasonable Pricing- Honest- Hospitality + Gift Bag- Followup (well-being)CONS:- Didnt come here sooner.

This is a beautifly decorated office. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I had a great experience with Dr. Nourahmadi and his staff. I dont recall receiving that good of a service from my previous Dentist. I like the fact that they take care of you in a timely manner. Dr. Nourahmadi fixed a problem I had for over 10 years in ONE visit. I love it and I definately recommend his services 100%.

I feel compelled to right this review because becoming a Novera patient finally gave me the results that I have been wanting to see for years! All my life I have struggled with insecurities about my teeth. One of my front teeth grew in discolored. My previous dentist said that he could not be sure why this was, but was assuming it was a type of hypo-decalcification causing it to be a shade of yellow. He put bulky bonding on my tooth to cover it, which only made it look stranger. People would constantly point out my tooth and ask about it. I was very unhappy with its appearance. I asked my dentist MULTIPLE times to get a veneer, but he told me it would be nearly impossible to match one veneer with the rest of my front teeth. He told me he would only be able to do a veneer if I got more than one so that it would blend.As soon as I went to Dr. Nourahmadi at Novera, he told me that we could go ahead and do the individual veneer. His skill and expertise amazed me. My veneer came out the PERFECT shade. He then shaped the rest of my teeth to give them a more feminine and even appearance. I left the office so pleased with my new smile. My friends and family noticed the improvement right away! My mother, a dental hygienist, could not believe that Dr. Nourahmadi was able to accomplish such a difficult procedure with exceptional results, especially after being told by previous dentists that it was impossible.The Novera office doesnt even feel like a dental office! It is warm, welcoming, and unique. One of my favorite parts of the Novera experience was listening to my favorite Pandora station on the headphones given to me during my procedure. No more having to listen to the cringe-worthy drills! I hope that other dental offices can take notes and see the innovative touches that Novera has incorporated to make the patients experience enjoyable and comfortable. There were TVs in the floor, fun sayings painted on the walls, and even a calming smell to the entire office. I highly recommend this office to dental patients of all ages. Even if you dont have a dental problem, I would suggest checking the office out. They have great promotions on cleanings/whitenings throughout the year, and their doctors make sure that every patient is 110% satisfied.
