Everyone has been nothing but amazing! My son was diagnosed with ASD this year at four, although we had our suspicions long before. I only had the medical card which did not cover any of the ABA services and we missed the open enrollment to purchase private insurance. Lumiere was one of the first places I called when I found out the day my PPO would kick it. Got a tour with the ABA therapist, and she was amazing. Gave us so much hope and stuff to look forward to, as we are definitely late in the game. Just like that, my son is all set for his initial evaluations. I would personally like to mention the support I received from Krishna B. She made the process easy, answered all of our questions, and is just very responsive and AMAZING. We just finished speech therapy with our son. His therapist was Cara and we could not have been happier. We were fortunate to have Cara come to our house. She always arrived promptly and ready to work with him. She was able to keep him focused in what can be a somewhat crazy environment with siblings and chaos. Cara was able to provide my son with strategies and visuals that were age appropriate (he is 4)and now he speaks smoothly. She communicated with us on how we could reinforce and support what she was doing with him and also helped his siblings help him without making it this big “elephant.” We tried to keep Cara as long as we possibly could because our son looked forward to his time with her. He didn’t view speech as a chore, but as special one on one time with a friend. He has recently told me he misses Cara and wished he still had speech. It is so nice when your child enjoys something they “have to do” and finds a connection with a therapist.

My son goes here for OT and Speech with Miss Cara and miss Justine. I love this place and his therapists! The staff is very welcoming and his therapists are great with keeping in touch, addressing any concerns that I may have, and making sure we are all in the same track. They also provide us with tips and strategies that we can use at home. In the short amount of time my son has been going he has learned so much his speech has improved and he actually enjoys going! They are very nurturing and caring I could not ask for better therapists thank you!

My sons growth since receiving services at Lumiere has been incredible. Jakki created a plan perfectly suited to his needs and our familys schedule. His therapists are very talented, kind, and good at keeping us informed about his progress. I would recommend Lumiere to my friends and have.

Lumiere is an amazing place. I am so thankful for everything that they are doing for my son. He has gained so many new skills since being here. The therapists are all so knowledgeable in their field. They are the best and the absolute sweetest with my son. He feels happy coming here every morning.There are other therapeutic schools that I looked at before I decided for Lumiere. Lumire offers so much more than other therapeutic schools. I hope they keep growing because there are so many kids who need them. I drive 45 minutes there and back everyday because thats how much of a big difference it is making in our familys lives.I have nothing but love and respect for them. They have been the best choice I have ever made for my son. Thank you Lumire!

We started with Step by Step Care Group for Early Intervention Program for Speech and Occupational services for my son. We have been extremely happy with the services, that once he was phased out of the program we decided to continue with private sessions& their literacy Play group. My son loves his playgroup & sessions with the therapists. The therapist & staff are amazing! I highly recommend their services. :)

Haven t had anything but superb service from Lumiere!

Step by step care group has changed my sons life and also ours. I would defiantly recommended this place to any parent who needs a little extra help with their child. The therapists are kind and great what they do. My son loves his playgroups and has really come a long way with opening up to other children and speech.

I cannot give a full review of the therapy sessions or the therapist at this time as my child has only being going for roughly a month. What has prompted me to write this review is a couple of minor things: 1. The lobby area where parents wait gets very loud and crowded. Several times I have had to stand with coat in hand until the area has freed up. They could benefit from additional seating, a coat rack, and an area where they can talk with the parents in private about their childs progress. 2. When I initially called to inquire about services I was told that they would be able to do sessions at my childs school. The therapist that I was assigned told me she could not do sessions at the school as it would interfere with her schedule. I was disappointed in the communication.

The therapist here are great My 2yr old son has been receiving speech therapy for a year now he has gone through three therapist but he recently was assigned to Rachel. He has made such an improvement in the short time of Rachel taking over he is saying so many more words. Rachel is always giving us tips on what to do at home with my son she always keeps me informed about his progress. They are also able to do my son therapy session at his daycare.

Our daughters Lumiere Physical Therapist, Morgan, is AMAZING and now our daughter has been released from care because shes physically all caught up to other kids her age! We highly, highly recommend Lumiere.

Been with Lumiere a few years and my son has grown so much from being with them! The therapists are all amazing.

Haven’t been using this place very long. Communication between the front desk and parents needs to improve. Communication between parents and therapists is lacking as well. Hard to find someone in charge at the office, especially when parents aren’t allowed into the building.

My son and I love this place. The ambiance is warm and welcoming. The therapists know what theyre doing. What more can you ask for.

I called to make an appointment but the guy who answered the phone was not very polite and when I started to ask questions about there services he couldnt answer them so that was a red flag and if that wasn’t bad enough I was rushed off the phone. So of course I took my son somewhere else!
