My parents experience from the beginning at the receptionist to the people working in the back, every one is very mindful of their clients. They provide amazing service and make every one feel welcome. I give thanks to the people that help with immigration services. A special thank you to Daniel Stutz who worked very hard with our case! To all the staff, Thank YOU!

This organization does not follow through on its promise to help new immigrants . ...families that arrive here are often left to fend for themselves once they receive the welcome packet. I personally know of 4 familys that ended up in that type of situation and me and my husband helped those families out as much as we could. The refugees are promised rent and food and medical until they can stand on their own back in the countrys they are leaving by world relief once they get here.....they are left to figure everything out on their own. They sign contracts back in their home and that states world relief will help them up to 2 years....they never help for more than 1 or 2 or 3 months at the most. I think the news media needs someone to put a bug in their ear. This is something the public should know is going on.

Bad customer service, charging people money, scams, they have a none experience employee and bad treatment for the people who doesnt speak English. Theyre not on time and I dont recommend to anyone. Please be aware of this organization and if they ask you for money make sure to call the police and make a police report.

An asphalt organization steals from you government money that helps you in rent. One month they pay, and the rest I paid on a basis they pay three months. For the family six to nine months. If he does not get a job, I advise not to trust this organization. Greetings to you.

I would not recommend this place if you are an immigrant applying for a green card. They are not significantly cheaper than a regular law firm with qualified lawyers. They charge $ 50 per consultation, even if its just 10 minutes, and they also charge $ 1000 to complete the application. Unless you have a complicated case, do it yourself. The immigration website does a great job explaining what you need to do. If your case is complicated, then go to a real law firm where you will pay similar prices. My family and I have gone separately and have received the same treatment. They make you feel like you did something wrong and borderline yell at you. There was no real movement in the cases and the last time they said that we would not be able to apply. We went to a real lawyers office and he said our applications were straightforward. Please avoid this place at all costs. They will not be nice to you, you are not saving money, and they move way slower than a competent firm. My appointment was with Daniel Stutz and this was my experience with him.-----I do not recommend this place to apply for papers. The price is not cheaper than any law office. They charge $ 50 per visit, even if its only 10 minutes, and $ 1000 to fill out the application. If you dont have a very difficult case, fill it out yourself. If not, contact a real lawyer. My family and I went on separate times and were not treated well. They make one feel like a criminal and like there is no hope. Last time we were told that our case cannot be accepted by immigration. Well, we went to talk to a real lawyer and they fixed us without problem and quickly for the same price. Please get away from this place. They will not be treated well, they will not save money, and it will take too long to do everything. My site was with Daniel Stutz and this was my experience with him.

My experience with this nonprofit organization was very negative. First when calling to request an appointment they told me that they were very busy and could not make appointments for the next days that the only thing available was that it was on Tuesday from 8:30 where they could attend me without appointments. When I arrived I found a page that you had to sign and they would assist you in that order with a page right next to it that said that if you could not find a place on the page you could not attend that day, but then I noticed that of 15 numbers 6 of these available were crossed out, so there were 6 lines that you could not occupy. Sign at the place number 8 on the list and wait for about two hours to be attended. Once they passed me to the lawyers office, this preceded me to fill out forms on the computer without saying a word, after this I presented my case of a renewal of a residence card. (A non-complex case) The lawyer retired for a second To bring me a list of the requirements that were needed for this procedure (requirements that I already knew in advance because I had visited a law firm and they gave me all the information without charging the first consultation I did not continue with this office due to the collection of their fees that I was very expensive and that is why I looked for an organization that according to those who recommended it would charge me cheaper) This man also returned with the cost of the fees that added 520.00, the law firm would charge me 500.00 and the first free appointment. I immediately told him that I would not do the process with them that I was too expensive and let him know that they were charging more than in a law firm, he stressed again that they were a nonprofit institution and told me that he would have You pay 50 dollars for the consultation. In short, I pay 50 dollars for 10 minutes of his time, for telling me something I already knew, for a pity service, and for telling me that they are a non-profit institution that charges more than a law firm !! Of course I dont recommend it and Im still wondering what help they give to people with low resources ?????? Note: for me they do not deserve a single star, I just put it because Google does not allow me to upload my opinion if I do not place at least one Star.
