Very good and knowledgeable staff specially Nadiya, I love her service I applied immigration for my wife, after they submit my form i-864 very next week i got the email from NVC (National Visa Center) it was mention that submitted form got approved. when i applied immigration for my wife i was in Chicago and after that i moved to Dallas but she always keep me updated.

It was a very good experience with Nadiya Arshi. She helped me through all the process of filling green card renewal with uscis. Also my fees were waived. I would recommend people to go there if they have any problems with the immigration.

I went to the Muslim Women’s Center to make a change to my case. Bouchra was very helpful and polite. She took down my information and sent my concern out via email right away on a Thursday and by Friday my case was updated. She even followed up with me the next week when I didn’t call her back right away. Great service and follow up.

Absolutely worst customer experience I have dealt with. I wish I can give this association employees below 1 star. The employees indeed don’t care about the reputation of this organization. I was seeking help for my spouse immigration process and needed a professional help. Apparently they have only 1 employee who works on these procedures. Whenever I called, I was told that she’s busy with a client and I am going to have to leave a voicemail. I called her 5 days in a row and every time she was busy and I had to end up leaving 4 voicemails ad still no call back. Not even once. I complained last time when I called and spoke to someone over the phone and mentioned how frustrated I was for tying to get a hold on this “professional representative” she listened and took my number down and ensured me that she will call me back the same or for sure the next day. That didn’t happen. Stay away and seek other professional agencies.

I have been to this center a lot of times for Immigration purposes and housing. The employees are very friendly and professional. They put their clients needs first and help in any way they can whether it be through email or call. I highly recommend this place for any immigration and/or housing services.

This place the staff is really rude. They just never pick up the call, and on leaving a message never call back.
