This is not a company with integrity. They are only about their numbers and if you chose to want any type of background on their placement you will be terminated. I also asked questions about the process of the holding fee, and the Manager Erik Czaja terminated my contract which was valid and only waiting for placement, decided over email to terminate my contract a day after it was valid. So if you just want the rent and no secure or safety of any other tenants on or near the premises, then this will be place for. The safety of children and women were important for me so they didn’t see me as for for the program. Good luck of you work with All Chicago

Don’t waste your time with these people.. they will mislead you and waste your time - time much better spent actually helping people in need instead of the pure vanity the people at this organization enjoy

This company can not do much about the homeless problem unless Springfield acts, they tell people to call 311 but there are never any funds or you do not qualify. Its not the companys fault, but they can not tell people that housing is available in Chicago when its not.
