I have been trying to ship my products for a whole month, causing customer pickup delays. Contacting customer support is useless, because they keep on rotating you with different support people. Also I have lost a lot of money working with them reprinting shipping labels. Very expensive compared to the last company I worked with for shipping labels. Please do your research before choosing a company.

This company has been scam after scam. First they gave me a very good quote on shipping prices to win my business and agreed to zero receiving fees. Then they started raising my prices within just a few months and charging me for receiving fees without notifying me. Some shipping charges ended up over 4 times higher than the quotes. Then they took customer returns and put them back on the shelves and shipped used products to new customers without ever notifying me. Then I called twice after all the horrible experiences to cancel my account. I did a return shipment to retrieve the rest of our companys inventory and they sent back a box of spilled and damaged products with no packing materials whatsoever and it was a scrambled box of unusable, broken items. I filed a claim to be reimbursed for the damaged inventory and they never responded or refunded me. Not only that but they messed up at least 1 out of every 10 shipments to customers. They also raised prices to $45 for priority shipping in the US for an 8 ounce small 6x3x4 inch box, after they said it would only be $5 above standard shipping charges for priority shipping. They never refunded me for products that they lost or damaged, even when I made claims. They never closed my account even after being called twice about it and have charged me for storage and membership fees 4 months after I requested my account closed. They still havent replied to any of my claims. They just do a terrible job, take your money and continue to charge your credit card even when they are providing no service after your account was closed. This companys business model is designed to profit by screwing over small companies. Do NOT use this company.

::DO NOT USE SHIPBOB:: ShipBob is a huge disappointment! We established an account with shipbob, sent our product to shipbobs receiving department. In the terms for product availability once product is received and accounted for, the terms state that the said product has a 4-5 day period before shipping is available of that product... but somehow Shipbob sent out 56 of these products, to previous (past orders fulfilled by our company) customers orders as far back as 4 years, the same day it was received in their shipping/receiving dept. and was not even accounted for in the system! This cost us over $2,000 they did not refund us either! They did not except responsibility also, however blamed it on us, we were at fault according to our representative. During the time we were with ShipBob we had to constantly communicate with them to tell them how to do their job. Constant delays in customers purchases, items not getting pulled, customer complaints of damaged goods, multiple issues also related to the most important aspect to a logistics company,...SHIPPING! When we finally had enough we pulled our items and had the items returned. Attached to this review are the images of how they treat their customers when they specialize in fulfillment. Costing us more time plus money (including the over priced shipping charge for our return) only to get damaged goods returned and proving to the world that ShipBob is not ready to be a fulfillment company. Thank You ShitBob.

My kids would say I am one of those people who finds something to complain about with everything I do, but ShipBob has not given me that opportunity. I am continually impressed with the consistent product they have provided me. Over the past 4 months that I have been a client, I have seen my business grow due to the speed that ShipBob gets my orders to their clients. The customer service I have experienced has been very helpful. If you are looking for a fulfillment company, ShipBob is definitely a great choice.

Absolutely horrible experience. We shipped a vintage, one of a kind, small piece of furniture from our store to a loyal customer who moved to Pennsylvania. We insured the product for the retail price. Our customer paid over $500 ($200 in shipping charges) for an item that came in PIECES. Not even all the pieces were in the box. It was broken, repackaged and still sent to the customer. After MONTHS (Not kidding, it took 5 months) and a lot of headaches, we lost a customer, our money, and a great piece of furniture. After fighting tooth and nail, we finally received a check for the amount we had claimed as insurance but were just out of luck when it came to the hundreds of dollars we paid for shipping. Very VERY long process for such a disappointing outcome. Would never recommend shipping with ShipBob. They approached US and promised excellent quality. Save yourself the trouble and use another company!

The integration ShipBob has with Shopify has made my transition to outsourcing fulfillment so convenient. It only took me a few minutes to set up the integration and then I had direct visibility to the entire dashboard. This gave me a sense of comfort because even though I was outsourcing, I still had the ability to see and manage my inventory at my convenience. It’s been 2 months with ShipBob and I am so happy with their services.

This company is in no way out to help your business grow. They have been overcharging us for shipping backpacks with the hopes that we didnt catch it. They literally charged 50 dollars to ship ONE backpack. Then are trying to put us through a long process to get our money back. The 5 star reviews here seem like a fake ploy to keep the numbers up because the real reviews take a different tone.

Absolutely the worst, am convinced that all the good reviews here are fake. Just go to the entrepreneur groups in FB and see what a disaster this company is. Their fulfillment fees are not transparent and there is no way you can be profitable with those fees. Furthermore, it takes 2 weeks for it to get to my customers. My account manager does not respond back to emails. The customer service is outsourced, so you need to ask the same question 5x to get an answer. Here is the kicker, when you want to close your account, they charge you per product, as if they are shipping it to a customer. Instead of just shipping in bulk. They are thieves, do not send your product there. You will regret it.

Prices “seem” low but nickel & dimed almond the way and huge penalties if you have to remove inventory. Mistakes: sent wrong inventory to wrong customers, misquoted bulk orders, execs not willing to speak to merchants when having a bad experience. Avoid at all costs.

Presumably great for vendors, not so great for consumers. My package was shipped to Canada and I had no tracking after it left the USA. They provided me with a USPS tracking number that should have worked, but the one posted on my package was completely different. Final delivery was done by Canada Post, so it was essentially the same USPS first class mail, and I dont think it was any cheaper either.

Wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely terrible! I have been harassed by ShipBob for over a year. DOZENS and dozens of calls, emails from different people, they won’t stop after numerous requests to stop contacting my business. And no way to stop as they keep having new reps call. No righteous sense. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!

ShipBob always delivers our packages on time and is extremely convenient! They do all of the packaging and deliveries--all we have to do is enter the information on the website and drop the item that we are shipping off on our loading dock. The customer service is amazing as well--they always are very helpful and they answer the phone right away, so no wait time.

Ive been working with ShipBob for over four years and when I first met them, they were great. However, the more they grow, the worse their fulfillment errors and customer service gets. I used to recommend other business owners to them, but now I tell them to beware. From missing inventory (literally pallets worth of inventory gone!), to being overcharged, to orders shipping incorrectly, there is a headache everyday. If you have the time to comb through orders and file claims everyday or if you dont mind losing inventory, then you wont mind working with them. But if youre a small business like me and looking for a 3PL that can get the job done accurately, I suggest you find someone else. After four years with them, Im pulling all of my business.

Shipbob has been amazing for our small business. A lot of other fulfillment companies wouldnt even provide us with a quote due to our small volume as a start-up, but Shipbob has gone above and beyond many times.Their support team is fantastic, and has taken time to notify us even when it is something small. Ive been a customer for 5 months and although their pricing and service is good, I have experienced a few unfortunate events that have caused me to rate there service as 3/5 stars.Their fulfillment prices are low compared to competitors and they dont have any monthly shipment minimums which is great for startups.Their returns processing fee is more expensive than other providers -processing a return costs the same as the original price of shipping & fulfillment regardless of how many items are returned, so if a customer orders 10 units and returns 3, and the original fulfillment price was $25, you would have to pay $25 to process the 3 units being returned, rather than a lower, prorated rate.Since being with ShipBob for just 5 months, they have lost inventory twice (which cost almost $1,000 in revenue). They reimbursed the cost of good for the first incident, and we are still working through the solution to the 2nd.

The company has gone downhill fast since their last fundraise. We have been consistently overcharged by Shipbob falsely claiming our packages weigh more than they actually do in order to upcharge us on shipping. We have seen a tremendous spike in misorders, damaged orders, and late shipments. What is much worse is that there is an outright refusal to provide customer service. Im asked to put in individual tickets for the hundreds of overcharged orders and they refuse to let me talk to an account manager or supervisor.Shipbob seems to have made a strategic decision to ignore small companies and focus on large ones. They have lost this business and I urge other small companies to consider strongly and shop around before engaging with this 3PL.We used to recommend shipbob but we will tell anyone asking for advice to stay away. I don;t think this company will ever be able to right the ship. Please look elsewhere for 3PL, this could break your small business.

ShipBob was the shipper for a Kickstarter I backed. They were absolutely terrible. They were unable to provide shipment notification or tracking numbers to backers. They made numerous mistakes including shipping too many items to some backers which resulted in other backers not getting items (I was one of the unlucky ones who had to wait because they didnt have enough items to fulfill my order). They did a poor job packaging my items, which were damaged in shipment. They failed to include all items in my shipment despite listing them on the packing slip. Avoid ShipBob at all costs!

We met George and his team and were immediately impressed with the energy and desire to meet our company needs. As a small company costs are extremely important and shipping, inventory and storage for products can be a little overwhelming. George and his team worked with us to make the change from our old shipping house go as smoothly as possible. They continue to work with us so that not only are costs kept under control but to help us scale up for the future. The platform is easy to use and allows you to see when youre orders are shipping. As a small company we have so many sales channels that can be a challenge to keep track of and with their help we are working to get them all integrated with their platform. Yes communication with them at times is a little delayed but we are realizing that they are making things happen instead of getting bogged down in emails. All in all we are super happy to grow with Shipbob and looking forward to a great 2017!

We are a small business. When we discovered ShipBob during their 1st year we immediately understood that they were a team that could work within our fulfillment model. We contacted the company and was immediately serviced by the owner. At that time our fulfillment model was not a part of their model. The owner listened to us and understood the need of a company like ours and enthusiastically took us on.It has been 3 years now. And they have grown quite substantially. But, still today they treat our account with the same level of excellent service and attention as they initially did. Of course we understandably also had to adapt our internal procedures to work with outsourcing our fulfillment needs to a 3rd party provider. But our company has greatly benefited from their distributed fulfillment center model in serving our customers.There have been rare issues that have affected our shipments. Unexpected and unwanted issues arise and will in the future; because there are many variables that affect the shipping process. But ShipBob has always been responsive and worked directly with us to resolve our issues to the satisfaction of our customers and us. We also work with other popular fulfillment networks. But ShipBob by far has been highly capable, responsive and reliable. There are actual human beings who are on the other end who work with us to assure our customers receive their shipments on time and in excellent condition. Their process also allows for communication to the warehouse employees so that special customer requests can be accommodated. We have been flexible and they have been responsive with developing a successful workflow. The overall success of our companys working relationship with ShipBobs service far outweighs any rare shipping issues that have occurred.We are extremely happy with our choice to work with the ShipBob network. And, excited to have been along for the ride to watch this company in its earlier days as it has made great strides and the correct business choices to grow within this new and expanding industry. Worst service for startups !Yes their prices are low but the service is pretty bad, poor communication! Theyre very nice and helpful until they sign you up. But after that its a never ending nightmare! Buggy website!I was keeping my stock in their NY warehouse. First they say that they ship within 24 hours but its a totally false claim! It takes at least 48 hours for them to ship an order. If the customer places an order on Monday morning, theyll bring it to the usps mail exchange on Tuesday Night if youre lucky!If you had a long weekend, it take them 3 business days to ship.I had an order which took 7 freaking days to ship even though i told them 4 times to ship it.Because of the delays from shipbob I had to expedite some packages.And NO they wont consider paying you ever even though its their fault.Not to mention the refund/partial refunds you have to give your buyers.So for a small start up business like mine, this is a total bummer. Your reputation damage as a seller because of their bad service is unrecoverable.This is my honest experience and I truly wanted to share this to help fellow start up businesses. Stay Away for now!

Tried them once on 08/28/2015 in New York with 3 packages just to try, got the tracking info the same day. But one of them hasn`t been updated (12 days later). Contacted Dhruv Saxena to follow up, He responded right away. Apparently the issue was with UPS, they never updated the tracking info after the label was created. Contacted my customer and he received the package on time.After tired of waiting for an answer of Dhruv Saxena from UPS, I contacted him back and asked him for the merchandise. He asked me for the invoice and told me he was going to open up a claim.In the beginning I was kind of disappointed and upset, but knowing the deal with Delivery companies, I know it happens.Excellent Customer Service. I`ll give them a second chance. I will try them again and see how it goes the next time.
