2h waiting for doors XD Delta going down fast...

They were friendly and liked animals which made me feel a bit better in the midst of a travel hellscape.

Too many drivers waiting and too few counter staff. Arriving an hour before lock out with a simple DASH drop off should have been enough time. Theyre only allowing 4 people inside due to Covid which means 12 others are huddled in the tiny foyer waiting. Meanwhile people inside with no mask eating and chatting on their phone.

I work for a Delivery company and we deal with a lot of airlines and Delta is Always kind in every way possible keep up the good work, at OHare sign O Diaz....

They were extremely busy, but no one ever got snippy or mean. Clutch under pressure.

Expect waiting more then 45+ min, 1 person taking care of deliveries and pick ups. Now this is for today.. 8 19 20

Takes forever to get in and out. Like an hour when two people are waiting. Similar experience at the dmv.

Typical ORD airline, they take their time, who cares about yours.

Took 2 1/2 hours to pick up a dash roadie pick up order for a customer... People are awesome timing not so much.

Office workers are lazy, 1,5 hour just to check in for pick up

I’m a truck driver with over a decade of experience picking up and delivering to airliners. Delta seems to be the slowest movers. It’s not uncommon to wait over an hour to make a drop and that is when it’s not busy. I’m giving them 2 stars because the people are at least nice. My dispatch eventually stop using Delta for another airline but I still sometime still have to go there. Great people they just need to decrease the wait time.

So very very very slow.... agents chatting with one another while you wait. No one will ask if you need assistance, I guess a good place for homeless people to come, wouldnt be bothered here! See, a bright side for everything. ;)

If I can give them 0 starts I would. They are very unprofessional. I am a truck driver that never gets loaded on time. I wait for over 4 hours. Ross one of the guys in the night shift is the worst. He never loads me on time he watches tv and does not do his job. They should fire him. I’m so surprised he is still working there as he is the most irresponsible and laziest worker I’ve ever encountered.

Picked up my puppy and the people there were so nice and carried my crate out to the car

Had our 10 week old puppy flown in from Alabama. Easy to get to via GPS. Great parking and great staff. Delta cargo is the way to ship
