I began my condo hunting journey with a different broker and agency, put in 3 offers, had none accepted and was growing frustrated and pressured. Brock Potter was the best man for the job I was looking for. I needed to find an updated and modern apartment ASAP because my current lease was coming to a close. Brock gave me a call and asked some basic questions with what I was looking for etc, and within an hour I had a scheduled showing. He drove to the site and met me, got me connected with the building manager, and ended up signing a lease that day. The best thing about Brock was the questions he asked the property manager, because I feel like a lot of the general public undermines how many details go into finding the right apartment (budget, utilities, renters insurance, parking,etc). Brock knows his stuff and I would highly recommend him to anybody!

Having to plan my move remotely and from across the country was initially stressful, but having Trischa Williams work with me took away so much of that burden. I was referred to Matt Williams at Vesta Preferred Realty to help with subleasing an apartment in Chicago (Wicker/Bucktown). I moved to Chicago for a job and after 4 months, the job wasnt working out and I moved back to Iowa. I needed help subleasing a place that had 8 months left on the least. I was not living in the city and unable to show the unit or tend to minor issues. Matt went above and beyond with finding a sublease tenant. He assisted with multiple issues that arose during the process. Everything from making copies of keys to following up on a water leak. He even checked on the unoccupied unit during times of extreme cold temps. He helped coordinate with a difficult property manager and always kept me informed of showings and ultimately status of getting a lease signed. I highly recommend Matt and Vesta Preferred Realty. Our only regret was not getting in touch with him sooner.

Kenya was the best agent I have ever worked with. I was stressed from my last agent because he didnt make my house hunting a priority. I eventually ran out of time and had to rent again.
