Cool Heat did not solve my air conditioning problem on my 2007 Chrysler Town and Country. In fact the air conditioner stopped working the next day! I will take the vehicle back to Cool Heat and hope that they will honor their 90 day warranty.

Honest and professional. Plus the prices are very reasonable. Gave me a 3 month warranty because I had my AC recharged on a colder day and the pipes wouldnt sweat. Which means he couldnt for sure say there isnt a leak.

Work on radiator system done correctly. Had them recharge air conditioning at same time.

Dishonest and over priced long wait rude ...quoted me almost $1000 for work turned out to be a $200 fix at a reputable repair shop that a friend of mine referred me to and everything works perfect I definitely wont use or recommend cool heat

Probably a four point five but gets bumped up to five for a competitive price. Slight downside, a messy storage lot that could result in minor tire damage. The labor charge was impressively low and speaks to an efficient shop....diagnostic work was excellent.....parts price fair.....no attempt at upselling anything.....and prompt, high quality work.

Went in with an overheating problem. Paid what was asked of me. I have a warranty and its still overheating. I keep taking it back to them because of the warranty but itll work for a minute then starts overheating again. Its actually in worser condition than when I brought it in. Its a cooling and heating company. Why cant you stop the overheating before it damages the head gaskets? Its just frustrating. Tell me whats wrong so I can fix it. They obviously do good work because their customer base is pretty decent. But its just I need my car fixed I paid and I have a warranty with my paid receipt. Fix the problem that youre advertised to fix. Thats all I ask.

Bad place to go the guy behind the desk was rude he told me to leave my car which I left for 4 hrs then he called me and told me he couldn’t get to me car. When I left me car no cars was there he wasn’t fixing on no one car. But when I picked my car up several Hispanics were there who wasn’t there when I was there was getting service. ANYONE WHO IS NOT HISPANIC STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THE GUY BEHIND THE DESK IS RUDE TO ALL NONE HISPANICS

This place is great. Twice Ive been at this place and theyve resolved it easily because there wasnt a problem. They couldve made up issues but were honest.

Very satisfied with the work done and the cost. Had a water pump on my Jeep replaced the same day it went out. Cool Heat charged me $330 less than what the Jeep dealerships were quoting. The dealership in Oak Lawn told me to drop my Jeep off and could not even tell me what day I would get my vehicle back. I feel confident about using Cool Heat in the future and will recommend them.

They assessed the problem and gave me all my options for an AC compressor problem on my Civic, warrantied their work for 2 y (on a new compressor kit), and even helped me diagnose an unrelated problem when I thought it was compressor related. Courteous, helpful staff.

My husband took his car there 2 hours before they close the man was rude and told him to come back the next day he took off work bring his car early in the day waited several hours just for them to call and say he couldn’t get to it today don’t go there

The worst place to ever go to get your car fixed

I was disappointed to learn that my ac lines running to the back on my Armada had a leak. 700 bucks to fix the problem is not cheap to me. The stealership would have probably charge me triple that amount. Going to have to think about this one. The guy behind the counter seemed knowledgeable. If I get it done, Ill get it done with these guys.

I had a check engine light, I knew the repairs needed from a previous diagnostic test. They said they can do the repairs. When finished I pick up the car and the engine light was back on in a week. Took it back twice for them to fix the problem. I Decided to take another diagnostic test somewhere else. As a result of that they never did the repairs. Im out of 600.00 for now, check engine light still on. They know how to cheat the emission test. They insisted on taking my car to emmision when I had no problem taking it myself. I was really suspicious about that.

Took my girlfriends car there on Friday to fix the a/c...took a few hours...picked it up and was told everything was good now but the car needed a can clutch...replaced can clutch myself that same day...didnt use car for next 2 days...then a/c wasnt working so called them and was told to being it back...after that got call and was told needed a new compressor...word...guy said that wasnt part of warranty...no refund or anything ...and guy tried to lie about procedure of finding leaks...unaware I am a licensed hvac tech...bottom line...THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!!! You will regret it in the long run!

This place is terrible. The city needs to close this place. The guy at the reception is very rude, didn’t wanted answer my greeting as I entered the place and when I explained my car ac problem he didn’t want me to explain. He seemed very racist, I never felt so disrespected by anyone. Very racist!!!
