I normally dont write reviews but I feel compelled to write to warn other attorneys about this company. We paid $300 for rush service. After almost a week the person still had not been served. I called to inquire about the status and was told, the process went out the house this morning but there was no answer. The house they had allegedly went to was burned down. So clearly we were mislead when we were told they had been to the house that morning.We got the address of the hotel where the family was staying and gave to Northshore. Immediately we got another bill for $300. I stated we would pay but the person would need to be served first. Its Your Serve told me we have made contact with the person and will have them served dont worry. Of course, they have not been served. Even though we provided the name and room number of the hotel where they were staying. This company is a rip off. Please avoid them at all cost. You are wasting your clients money.

Im an attorney in Georgia and needed a person served in Chicago for one of my cases. Its Your Serve was recommended to me by another attorney who had used them. They were easy to work with, got the job done quickly, and were very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Great Service!!! Uploaded the documents to their system in the morning and before 5:00PM person was already served. Their webpage is easy to use with clear pricing information and description of their services.

As a Chicago divorce lawyer, Ive used numerous process servers. One of the biggest couldnt figure out how to access documents via hyperlink in an email I sent. In contrast, Its Your Serve has a web interface allowing me to upload documents.

Stay away! Very rude and did not want to take my case. They told me they stopped taking on private clients and only do attorney hires.
