Hired this company for a last minute move. They worked with my schedule and the movers were great. They certainly lived up to their name. Thank you to Javier O, Jose A, Jose H, and Ernesto. These guys hustled and worked really hard to make my move a great experience. Highly recommended and will use them again.

Just moved with them from a 4th floor walk up to a house. Apartment had 2 trucks worth of stuff (1 big, 1 small) with a travel time of 30 minutes. Got it all loaded and unloaded in 5.5 hours. Called 30 min before to let me know they were coming. 5 guys were amazing! Id recommend them to anyone and would use them again!

I moved on 9/15/21, and had an amazing experience working with Victor #2, Isidro M., Gilberto H., and Noe G. The four of them were efficient, communicative, trustworthy, organized, and professional throughout the moving process. They even went above and beyond to get my couch into my apartment after it wouldnt fit through either the front or back door by hoisting it through my bedroom window at no additional cost. After having dicey experiences with movers/moving companies in the past and being overcharged for (very) underwhelming services, I am so glad The Professionals were recommended to me by a friend. Moving is always stressful, but they made it as painless and easy as it possibly can be. This moving company is SPECTACULAR! Ive never seen a group of 4 men work so hard or so fast in my life. I had 45 green boxes, 18 wardrobe boxes, boxed furniture, huge sectional and table, queen sized bed, bar, and lots of storage boxes and they moved and delivered everything in PERFECT CONDITION. These guys are called the Professionals for a reason! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We hired the Professionals to move our 3-bedroom apartment to a new house. The crew was on-time, and moved very fast (almost too fast, as there were a couple things we were still trying to pack up; but thats on us). They were willing to try moving the furniture to some areas in the new house we werent sure would fit, which was very helpful. They finished the move quicker than expected, and were very communicative. Ultimately, we were happy with the price and the service.

Excellent experience with the Professionals. Our crew (Modesto—crew chief, Juan, Cipriano, and Isidro) were on-time, efficient, and personable. They got right to work and took great care with our belongings. We were scheduled for a 7 hour move, but they did it in a little over 5 hours. Best of all, no damage to any of our belongings. The office staff was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

From start to finish, this was a fantastic experience. The quote was handled very simply and quickly via email and was less expensive than others. The final cost was almost exactly as quoted. I’d never hired professional movers before, & these guys were a game changer! They were so fast & organized, it made everything incredibly easy. There was some slight superficial damage to one item, but they were very concerned & took steps to fix it, which I really appreciated. Would definitely use them again.

Initial move and storage was great. However, when we went to pick up some items we spent hours on looking for items just to find out they gave us another room. So, office team not really organized, did not informed the person who went there to open the storage. On the move out part, they insisted on packing our truck. The truck was not balanced, furniture were not secured. We had to stop on the way to another state, buy ropes, repack and secure furniture. When I tried to talk their office I was told they know what they are doing. Well, not that time. 2 of my most expensive items were damaged due to unprofessional packing of the truck. I received not even an apology. Office manager has no customer service skills.

This is the third time I have used the professionals for myself and every time they amaze me. They are worth every penny. They show up early, there is no wasting time. Everything is handled with Care. I would use them again and again and recommend them to everyone.

I am so pleased by the professional, efficient, and immaculate services that I received from the Professional Moving Specialists. I was called 30 minutes ahead of my move. The movers arrived on time and were very friendly, professional, but most importantly thorough. They made sure to move all the things I needed moved and checked with my about things that did not need to move. Their teamwork is impeccable. They got all of my items out very efficiently and effectively. My items were packed strategically and with great care. None of my items were broken except the tops of my maybe 2 or like 15 totes, that was it. I was extremely impressed. The movers were even nice to put things in my storage area for me. They finished before time so I paid under my estimate. Everyone commented on how fast my move was. They really made this a less stressful process. If/when I move again I will be using this company. I highly recommend and will encourage everyone to use this company for their moving needs.

The experience I had with The Professional Moving Specialists was the best moving experience Ive ever had. The 4-man crew of Modesto, Antonio, Federico, and Juan C. were extremely efficient, helpful, and kind. I was only moving from one studio apartment to another in downtown Chicago, so I did not have a ton of things. The crew were not only on time, but they showed up early. They showed up at 8 am and between wrapping up and taking apart my belongings and bringing down to moving everything into my new apartment, it only took 2 hours! They were extremely fast and efficient. They wrapped everything with care, and there was not one scratch on anything. They were also all very kind. I would 100% recommend this moving company!

The crew we worked with at The Professional Moving service is absolutely the best. They were completely UNDAUNTED by the facts that not only were we moving from a three-flat walk up BUT ALSO we had one and a half trucks full of boxes and furniture. The movers let us know they were on the way the day of the move and arrived on time. They got to work immediately and were so efficient. I was amazed at the amount of care they took with every single piece of furniture. Nothing was damaged. It took less time than expected and was slightly less expensive then the estimate. I was so glad I chose them and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I had an awesome experience with the Professionals Moving Specialists - specifically Modesto, Fidel, Abraham and Cipriano. They completed the move under the estimated time and helped securely pack a TV, computer monitor, and large ceramic vases for me. Everything was moved efficiently and without any damages. I also needed a revised movers insurance liability at the request of my new apartment building. Lupe was helpful and responsive! The communication with this company was clear and thorough from start to finish. Fernanado Luzs crew was lightning fast, moving us in and out well under the projected time. They were extremely careful in packing and unloading the furniture, even taking time to check the alignment of rugs and the placement of sofas. They called half an hour before arriving, returned promptly from their break, and were respectful, neat, and quiet throughout. We accidentally overpaid with a cashiers check and they quickly refunded the balance. This company turned what is usually an ordeal into a smooth, organized procedure. I cant recommend them enough!

The men who moved me where so kind and polite. As a woman who was the only one home that day, I didn’t have to worry about a thing! I used TPM for a local one-bedroom move. From start to finish they got it done in under two hours, and that was with one of the buildings being a walk-up! Very quick, all my items arrived safe and sound, and the quote was accurate. I especially like their included wardrobe boxes so I didnt have to take down and pack all my hanging items. I would use TMP again!

Very quick quoting process and they working with me on finding a date that works. The movers themselves were right on time and very VERY quick. Our condo was in complete chaos when they arrived and they helped us finish packing where needed, ensured all our boxes were wrapped and secured safely, and moved everything so quickly and efficiently! My third time using The Professionals the past 13 years. The employees have no doubt changed over time but the professionalism and quality of the work hasn’t. Communication was great with the movers, starting with a phone call saying they’ll be early. Once here, the move went much faster than I could’ve imagined. Everything was wrapped to prevent damage, they were extremely polite, and worked as a team. There were no surprise charges (in fact, my move was a few hundred dollars less than the quote suggested it would be, due to the efficiency of the guys).I would not hesitate to recommend using The Professionals. In fact, mine was a temporary move; I will be using The Professionals again in a few months.

Modesto, Claudio, Marcos, and Alberto helped in moving my items. They worked very quickly, but were careful with carrying and transporting items, as well as disassembling and reassembling furniture. Most of all, they were respectful and kind which made the moving process less stressful for me. I would definitely hire them again and work with the company, as customer service was helpful and quick to respond.

We worked with Moises who led the team of four. They were prompt, professional, communicative and efficient. We moved from a condo to a single family home. During the move, they did a great job wrapping the furniture and TV. They removed the legs on our couch and dinning room before wrapping and they reassembled everything after the move. When I was looking to move some of my items I called many moving companies for estimates.Im in the Chicagoland area. Most of the estimates I was given were in my opinion RIDICULOUS! I mean I could have junked my stuff and bought new stuff and it would have been cheaper lol 😆 Plus many of these companies who called me were from out of state like Florida. Im talking to some person over the phone and they want me to send them hundreds of dollars. REALLY! I pass by The Professionals office on my way to work. So I knew it was a REAL business. When I contacted them they were the only company to send me a detailed estimate, a contract and a moving date. The estimate they gave me was reasonable compared to their competitors. The movers arrived on time. They had my stuff packed up and in the truck within 30 minutes. I moved from Chicago to Northwest Indiana about a 32 mile drive. I offered to let them follow me but the movers said they knew how to get their. When I pulled up in front of my house a few seconds later I see their truck. They moved my stuff into the house within 30 minutes. So from start to finish everything was done within two hours .I read moving is one of the most stressful things a person can do. The Professionals eased a lot of that stress. The three movers for my move were very professional and watching them I could see they knew what they were doing. I was trying to coordinate a move for an extremely busy time of year while I was out of town for the month leading up to my move. They were also able to offer a packing and moving solution that worked with my desired timeline, including an option for green boxes to eliminate waste from my move. They didnt have availability to pack me and move me on the same day, so my moving coordinator (Juliana) suggested packing me one day and moving me the next. This solution worked really well and eliminated the stress of time constraints from doing it all in one day. Luis and his team of packers showed up during the designated start window and worked quickly and efficiently - they had my 1-bedroom apartment packed in under two hours, and they took great care when wrapping up my larger/bulkier furniture items (including pointing out existing damage to items from previous moves). They were really communicative and made sure I had what I needed overnight. Luis and his team of movers came back the next day to finish packing my remaining items and then complete the move. They were ready earlier than my building elevator reservation but waited to accommodate my strict start time. They again worked quickly and efficiently while taking care with my belongings and had me moved out of my old apartment and into my new apartment in 2.5 hours. The total cost came in under budget. This was the most positive moving experience Ive had to date and would definitely recommend The Professionals.

I would highly recommend the Professionals for any move! The team (I had the Posadas team) did an amazing job, they are so experienced and efficient. I moved within the city of Chicago (from river north to lakeview) and they did it faster than estimated. They made my life SO much easier and set up everything as requested in the new place. The Professionals were just that: unbelievably professional! They arrived early and with a crew that worked insanely fast (loaded, transported, unloaded and put together furniture in 2 hours and 45 min). They were careful with all of our belongings, including a very old family heirloom desk. Upon arrival to our house, they literally rolled out the red carpet, while providing “red carpet” service. We could not have been happier with Gustavo and his crew, and highly recommend anyone to request them or just in general use The Professionals when moving. Jorge and his crew were honestly the fastest movers I’ve ever had. They called to let me know they were able to come by early, then arrived to the minute of their expected arrival time. They did the move in about two-thirds of the time it took my previous movers to move me in. Some furniture that has presented problems in last moves they got out of my old apartment without any hesitation, and got me moved in and furniture assembled in no time. Overall an extremely easy and painless experience.

The Professionals lived up to their name! They were exactly on time to their arrival estimate, were friendly and professional throughout, worked incredibly fast and efficiently together, and all in all made my move easy and stress free. They took great care with all my items, including my piano, and even thought to bring my carpets up first and helped me arrange things exactly as I wanted them in my new place. I’ll be recommending them to everyone, and will use them again myself!

These guys were quick, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately my TV was damaged while being moved. I understand they don’t accept responsibility for any damage, so of course I’m not asking for anything. But FYI, move your own TV if you can.

The best moving service we could ask for. Lalo and his team were incredibly efficient, getting our two bedroom + full storage unit loaded and unloaded, along with disassembling and reassembling our furniture, in 3 hours. The movers were incredibly nice people, arrived on time, and kept our stuff secure. We couldn’t recommend them enough.

Jorge and his crew did an amazing job moving me in February.They were even early to get to my place in the morning, worked very quickly and carefully wrapping and carrying my furniture 3 flights down to their truck. Once we got to my new place.... way up on the 3rd floor, they ran up and down those steps over and over again without stopping!!The were super careful to to damage any of the freshly painted walls and also were super careful with my belongings.I was dreading having to move, but Jorge and his crew were the consummate professionals.The end bill was explained in detail, no bogus charges and the entire move from arriving to my old apartment to getting me into my new condo only took 6 hours.The also put furniture back together again, unwrapped things and placed stuff in the rooms where I wanted it.Really a great experience!!!Clean, fast, careful and honest!
