Well today I was supposed to have a technician to come in around 1-2 pm. I have called to see whats was going on. It was almost 3pm and they never came. So I had left my home to do errands and I get a call around 4:30pm saying they there. Once it booked it should be on time of the schedule. And the technician should answers their companys calls what a irresponsible.

Came out quickly to address our new home. Hopefully the ants will be gone soon but they offer a guarantee in case we are still having issues in a week. Very good service!

I first used A1 Pestmaster in 2017 to take care of a mouse problem in our basement. They were excellent then and so when we had a wasp problem on the outside of our home I called them for help. They came out today and removed three nests that were three stories up on the north and south side of the house. Awesome company

Awesome customer service!I received a call from my tenant in the middle of the night after seeing two rats in the unit in a 24 hour period!!! I called A-1 Pest Master and a technician came out within 4 hours and identified where the rodents were gaining access to the unit (through the basement), treated the area and sealed the holes.I will definitely use them for monthly exterminating services of my rental units.

I use to represent a large property management firm and I selected A-1 as our primary exterminating company for our service agreements. They have serviced HUNDREDS of my properties and their customer service and accomodating staff was supurb. The thing that I loved most was it was the owners PERSONAL concern to ensure that Pests=DEAD. This was important to me because I managed nearly 1,000 tenants/families/children. Of course from a managerial perspective I loved their price as well it was more than reasonable compared to big name companies where you are nothing more than an account number and a dollar sign. At A-1 it was easy to work with the office manager to resolve my issues and on the RARE ocasion I spoke with the owner it was always a plesent conversation (usually iniatiated by him) to just see how things are going. Its easy to see why they have been in business for more than 30 years.
