I needed to work remote in Chicago today and chose this place based on reviews. I was very happy! Great space, great amenities, friendly staff (Maria). It was so nice to be able to leave my laptop for a few minutes if I needed to use the restroom—I hate having to pack up everything if Im at a cafe. It was nice to have little rooms to take a work phone call as well. Definitely recommend and would absolutely return. 5 stars.

A wonderful (upscale) co-working space. If you have the budget this is a great space at a great location. The staff could not be more wonderful and friendly. In my first week there they already connected me with another member.

Awesome space! I spent a day there and used both private space and a meeting room. The staff was polite and friendly, and the facilities were state-of-the-art! Id highly recommend to anyone looking for co-working space in Chicago.

We found this co-working space through LiquidSpace. Everyone working there is extremely accommodating. Andreas did a great job managing any IT issues that arose when we first moved into the space. As an added bonus - Starbucks coffee, tea, and a variety of fruit infused waters are offered daily.

Great location, great space with several options for space needs combined with a great staff make Serendipity Lab Chicago a great place to use. They also have several options for frequency of use which fits company and individual users needs of all sizes.I have also attended two events hosted at this location which went smoothly and provided a great venue for groups needing a space for their event.

This place is really nice and professional. The staff were so accommodating. I loved the standing desks and had productive days whenever I worked there!

The space is available to employees of tenants in the building, of which I am one. The layout is wide open, and the place is extremely quiet, which means that the place affords basically no privacy: everyone in the space very clearly hears every word being spoken on a phone call. I had a brief call to make and stepped into an empty room with a door to make the call (there were several empty rooms). I was midway through the call when one of the receptionists (Diana) opened the door and began speaking over me, telling me I needed to hang up and leave the room right away. I excused myself from the call, informed her it was a short call that would last no longer than two minutes, and asked if there was anyone else needing the room or who might have reserved the room, to which she responded no but reiterated that I needed to leave immediately because I had not rented the room. I returned to my call and completed it quickly, while she remained at the door requesting over my voice that I leave the room.The place has a professional ambiance, but considering that there is complete silence, no private space, and now this truly unnecessarily non-accommodating and embarrassing behavior, I cannot recommend this space.

I came to the space after receiving a free day pass to experience their environment. I work from home in the suburbs but find myself in the city 1 to 2 days a week for meetings. It was nice to have a place to finish up a days work after my meeting. Their space on the 2nd floor of the building has full sized offices/smaller work desks/meeting rooms and shared work space overlooking South Wacker. I set up shop on a spacious desk complete with wifi and close to the free coffee and Friday donuts. I stepped away a few times to use the telephone booths/restroom and felt completely comfortable leaving my laptop and belongings behind (something I would have never done working in building lobbys or restaurants) Great to know a place like this exists !
