As a solo immigration attorney, I have been with Amata for over two years now at 161 North Clark. It is a fantastic place to be. The facilities are top-notch and well-maintained. The cafeteria has a magnificent view of the Loop. The rent and price schedule are inexpensive and reasonable. Most of all, the Amata staff (Ana, Beth, Daisy, and Gwen) are very caring, competent, and professional. They go above and beyond to assist tenants. I look forward to staying and growing with Amata for years to come.

I have been a client of Amata for many years now and their services cant be beat! In my time here, we went through a floor-change and Amatas staff made the move unbelievably easy. The Amata staff is always willing and able to assist our needs and they go above and beyond to ensure business runs smoothly. I would highly recommend Amatas office space! Each center is exquisitely decorated and provides excellent reception, paralegal, and administration staff.

Ive been a tenant at 161 N Clark Amata for a year and strongly recommend them. The facilities are great, and the people are extremely helpful. If you need help with anything from their staff they are always willing to go above and beyond even if its outside of their job description. They have completely exceeded my expectations and I love being a tenant here.

Having been a client of Amata Law Suites for the past 7 years I want to share how pleased weve been with Amata and how impressed our clients are with the space and its location in relation to public transportation. Theres no other space in the area that compares with Amata’s culture (which is the most important to us) and friendly service of Amatas staff. While there are many office share spaces in Chicago, Amata recently has focused on offering office space just for attorneys. In the 161 space, Attorneys will find many amenities including several conference rooms with full A/V equipment, smaller meeting rooms, file cabinet lined hallways, Amata paralegals available, a large café area which is great for meeting quickly with a client or lunch meetings and of course complimentary coffee and bottled water. In addition, Amata has several networking functions throughout the year. The staff is very professional and attentive to our needs. The location is key for us. With most of our cases at the Daley Center, it is a quick run to court and the courthouse can be accessed underground (in a round about way which is nice on those days you forget an umbrella). I have seen some comments that Amata’s rents are high, but I would argue that you get what you pay for and this space is topnotch.

I know people usually only write reviews when they are upset about something, but the experience here has been so great (especially having worked with local competitors in the past), that I had to make an extra effort to report the amazing service here. The office staff at 161 N. Clark St. are professional and hardworking, they always go out of their way to accommodate and facilitate any last minute court related emergencies. This suite offers a large cafeteria with toaster, blender, large fridge, microwave, ice maker even a dishwasher among other things!! The view is fabulous and I cant say it enough, the office staff here is great!!!!

I have been a tenant at Amatas 161 N Clark Street location for the last three years and just recently ended my contract. I felt the price charged was unreasonable and after exploring other options in the Loop found companies that offer superior quality space for 40% less. The Amata offices at 161 are now worn and threadbare. The reception conveys a pure 1970s vibe with Brown and orange carpeting and hardwood floors that are terribly worn. The offices themselves are spartan with mismatched office furniture and cheap Office Max chairs. The office is also located above offices for Accenture accounting firm which means that the elevator stops at every floor on the way up or down while Accenture employees jostle between floors. At times its seems to take 15 minutes to get up or down an elevator. I was so glad to get out of the building and find more finished businesslike space on LaSalle Street for much less. But.... then I got a surprise on the way out the door. Amata hit me up for a $400 business continuation charge. Totally unbelievable! I asked that it be removed and was told it was part of my contract. Well, its the last $400 you will see from me and I am putting this out there to warn all others who consider Amata to shop around first and to read the proposed contract with a fine tooth comb.
