This place was so welcoming and friendly. They got us in very quickly and did an amazing job!

Great experience at the actual salon- super professional, and very relaxing! But this is my no chip after about a week and a half. I’m very disappointed, as it was quite expensive and obviously has not held up well at all. I have gotten no-chips at other salons that have lasted so long, I’ve only needed to redo them because my nails grew out. This was much more costly than a regular manicure, but hadn’t lasted any longer :/ update: I went in to go get it taken off and they wanted to charge TEN dollars even though it barely lasted a week. Not coming back here again!

They are very clean and on top of COVID protocols. I had a great pedicure and the technician was very friendly!

Careful with covid safety prep. Appointments only, tech wears mask and face shield, pedicure stations separated by Plexiglas etc. I had a pedicure and was well satisfied.

Great place! Live around the corner but only just made it here. They are practicing social distancing (guards between technicians and guests, guards between each station, spaced out pedicures, masks, hand sanitizer, check your temperature, etc) and the place is very clean. Definitely recommend!

I wish other salons could learn from this one!! The staff is endlessly kind and patient and their work is flawless. Ask for Emily for your manicure — she is patient and detail-oriented and super lovely to talk to.

I have been here a couple times and the service is pretty run of the mill. But lately whenever I try to go in they always say they have no one available even though half the stations and empty. Its almost like they are constantly understaffed. I would go here so much more if they had more availability for walk-ins.

Hands down (heh heh) the best salon for nails in Chicago. I pass by 30 others to get here... never disappointed in 10 years. Always smiles. Always accommodating! I love visiting Eugene and his team!

Very comfortable and welcoming environment. Staff do a very good job and really make you feel pampered. Love the shoulder massage while waiting for my nails to dry.

Went in to see if someone could help me take off my nails and fix them and the lady was extremely rude and told me they were busy now, not it will be a minute or anything even though they don’t close for almost another two hours WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I get my nails done every two weeks and I’ve never ever been treated so horrible.

Always friendly and very skilled. I just wish they did acrylics. I only go in the summer when my nails are short and I get no chip manis.Make sure to make an appointment. They are busy and it can be hard to get a walk in appointment.

I really liked my experience here and the staff was very pleasant and the gentleman gave me a wonderful shoulder and neck massage after my nails were finished, BUT the next day three of my nails were chipped... so I have to go back. ANNOYING.

Got a no-chip yesterday and they did an absolutely perfect job. Bona took her time ( which I feel a lot of nail salons do not) and really made sure they were perfect. I was very happy with the outcome and I will definitely be returning!

Such a wonderful nail shop. I think I found a new spot in Lincoln Park.

The staff are wonderful! My daughter and I got mani/pedis for her birthday. She was so happy and our nails were perfect. Will be back soon :)
