So I got a full set the lady said because I wanted them long she couldn’t do pink n white. So I opted for a soft pink. She used the tips for dipping powder instead of reg tips, my nails are lumpy and ugly asf😒 I kept saying something she kept disregarding what I was saying. I spent 95.00 with this place never TF again. She good with feet and lashes DAS IT🗣

Do NOT go here!! I went here today because the place that I visit from time to time across the street is currently closed. This place is dirty and the woman that serviced me can’t polish neatly. Don’t waste your money.

I went Saturday morning for pedicure and decided to get a no chip manicure as well. By Monday the gel was cracked in several nails. My nails will definitely be damaged from this.

I went there for a gel polish removal and they used a rough nail file to take it off and then an electric file after, and then a buffer after.My nail now has purple spots down to the actual finger. Do not go here. My nails did NOT look like the photo before. There’s minimal left to my nails except for damaged purple and split spots.As I was leaving I saw him ‘sanitizing’ the file by filing it with another. Don’t go here.

If i can give no stars i would. Went in to this place to get my eyebrows waxed. Horrible experience. The lady started to put the wax on my eyebrows but did not cool it off(all nail shops I’ve been to cool off or blow to cool off the wax before applying to face) . The lady jst put the hot wax on my face like it wasn’t a problem. Then she rushed on my eyebrows ,my eyebrows are thick. One side of my eyebrow was arched and the other side wasn’t . I wouldn’t recommend this place and it was my first visit there. Usually it takes a good 5min to do my eyebrows correctly. This lady was on my eyebrows for less than 2 minutes. Hate it she messed up my eyebrows had to go somewhere else to get it fixed

I have been to several nail salons in Chicago, and I have had many terrible experiences, but this is by far the worst. I blame myself for not noticing how bad my nails looked until I got back to my office (I got my nails done on my lunch break), but I will NEVER go back. I only get gel manicures now and I had taken the old polish off myself to save some time. When I REALLY inspected my nails after the manicure, I saw some of the old polish still there. My cuticles were still ragged, my nails had not been filed evenly, the polish did not cover the full nail, and my nails just looked like a hot mess. I am getting them re-done today at a place I know and trust by my house. DO NOT GO HERE EVER.

Got home and my nail polish had smeared. Went back the next day and she painted all of them again for free. Plus she was so nice!

So obviously people write reviews only if the place is really good or really bad and unfortunately, I had a couple minor run ins with the place but today was really bad. I came in for a fill, my pinky nail had snapped the day before and I was due for one anyway. The woman who did my fill tore off not only the leftover acrylic from my nail but also half my pinky nail. I don’t want to huss and fuss but she had no ideas what she was doing. While my skin was still bleeding, she asked if o wanted a tip, but there was nothing but raw skin to attach it to.

I have tried to refrain from posting a negative review of this place but they are simply horrible! This is my third time going there, every time with a different tech. Everytime i have to go back to have something fixed. I went today for a mani-pedi and it is terrible! Looks like something i would do myself! There is nothing professional about the polish job to say the least. Before i got on the train- literally steps away from the salon- the polish on my hands was buckling, its all over my cuticle on my nails and feet and the nail is not fully covered on many of my fingers and toes. I called to ask if could come back to get it fixed. The guy who i am assuming is the owner and the only one who speaks decent English, said come back tomorrow and they would only fix it once he sees if it was my fault or theirs. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Save yourself the trouble and go some place else... i imagine almost any place is better than they are! If i can figure out how to upload pics i will, this is terrible!

I went in there to get my full set off and to get a mani. The young lady ripped my fake nails off causing 3 of my real nails to be ripped from the nail bed. I told her they hurt, she stopped but then came back to finish off the nails. She broke/cracked one beneath the nail bed, I had to use nail glue when I got home. Two nails had blood underneath them. One nail was bleeding and she was trying to buff it, I told her to stop. She did not shape my nails, ask me if I wanted them long or anything. And to top it off she asked me if wanted my brows done 4 times! After the third, I was like...Are my brows really that bad? I mean come on!I told her to stop and that I wanted to leave when she started to put the polish on my nails. She offered to put a different color on, I told her it wasnt the color but the quality of this mani that I was upset about. A three year old could have done a better paint job. I had her remove the polish and I went home and fixed the messed up nubs the best I could. Two weeks later and they are still recovering. I will never go back here.

Dirty foot tubs, cold water only, my nails were cut crooked. I had to go to another salon spa to correct the damage. Additionally, my nails werent even cleaned up. Awful

It is small and it is dirty, but I still went in. I asked for coffin cut, acrylic nochip fill and received block nails with dings on almost every nail for $39. Insane.Im going to go back to see if they will fix and will give an update.

I came to this nail salon to get acrylics. The nail lady did a sloppy job. I had to constantly watch her for mistakes. I wanted my nails rounded and she did not shape them evenly. She also didnt polish the sides of the nail so it looked incomplete. I asked her if I could have a leaf design on one of my nails and she was very confused. She pointed to the designs on the card. It was hard to understand her because she couldnt really speak english. When she made the design it was very sloppy. I was so mad that I spent $30 for horrible nails. It has now been only a week and the polish is already coming off. In addition, she wasnt paying attention and she cut my cuticle and it started bleeding. The shop is very small and it looked unsanitary. Im never going back here again.

I have been going here on and off for years. Its never been my regular nail spot but they have a great location, right off state street. They are open later than most nails shops in the area and their prices are the cheapest in the area. This has has always been my back up space. But this week I was so disappointed, i will never go here again!!!! 1st off, you get what you pay for. The shop is small, not the cleanest, everything is outdated. They have a small selection of nail polishes with only a few OPI choices. Mostly cheap polish. They dont do a good job. They are lazy and dont take special care in shaping. The last time I went, i brought a pic of how i wanted my nails shaped and the nail tech told me it would be an extra $5 to do. She kept trying to upcharge me for the simplest things. I didnt ask for anything special or out of the ordinary and she kept trying to charge me more. Dont waste your time here. Its not worth the trouble! I would rather just pay a little more to get get great service and a clean, positive environment.

My grand daughter and I went there for pedicure, fill in and gel polish. The pedicure was great. My granddaughter got a fill in and said it was alright. One of her nails cracked while in the process of drilling. Could have been on the way to cracking anyway-dont know. My gel polish/no chip polish I was not satisfied. One of my nails is warped. And because they are sooooo slow, I didnt request to have fixed. I had to go. So I give them a Fair b/c my gel polish, because they are soooooo slow and b/c they do not except critic well. As I was in the salon getting pedicure another client was complaining of the sloppy job being done on her nails. Omg, the Asians started fusing in there language. Didnt look good.

Terrible, dont waste your time here. They are overpriced and rude! The place is dirty and small. They take forever to do nails too.
