This was the worst dip polish manicure/nail salon experience Ive had in the city. The nail tech started off by trying to PRY my previous dip polish off my nails. After I told her twice that this method hurt, I had to ask her to soak the polish off. I took my nails out of the soak earlier than I should have; I assumed that since the polish was gone and my nails were feeling frail, it was enough time. She mentioned that I shouldnt have taken my nails out of the soak when I did MANY times during the appointment; so many times that I had to kindly ask her to stop mentioning it. She still mentioned it again. When I asked her for change for a $20 for a tip, she asked me in front of customers how much I was going to tip her so she could bring back the difference. This made me feel very uncomfortable. The cherry on top is that the dip polish literally FELL OFF after two weeks. Do not recommend.

I started coming here to get my toes done. Which they do a wonderful job on, and I highly recommend pedicures.Do not recommend for a full set. They charged me $90 for length and shape. However, after showing her a picture she failed to give me the coffin shape, and my nails are different lengths on both hands. Pictures are what I showed her (pink) and what I received (red).

I just experienced the worst pedicure and manicure ever. The tech ran the pedicure water and it was cold. When I asked if she could make it hotter she seemed so offended. She warmed it but it wasnt anywhere close to the temperature preferred.The chair they put me in didnt have a working massager. After the pedicure was finished it looked like I painted my own nails. No glossy clear coating. It looked so sloppy to me.Now my manicure!!!! No soaking of the nails or anything! No real cleaning of the nail bed. It was the worst ever! She left me in the pedicure chair and began my manicure just standing up at the station and halfway committed to my service. My nails have bubbles in them and dont look glossy and pretty. Looks like I attempted to do my own nails and thats not a compliment to myself.I literally looked up another nail salon while I was there.Why put me in a broken chair? Why not ask miss what temperature do you prefer for your pedicure?. Why not escort me to a proper nail station to sit upright to get my nails done. Why not ensure my nails and feet look amazing?I still tipped the tech because I figured she could have had a busy day and seemed really tired. I wanted to justify the horrible service but I just cant!I wont be back ever again!

The shop is cute. But the people were rude. I’ll never go back. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable at a nail salon before.

The owner was rude and I truly feel sorry for her employees. My lady was about 1/3 of the way into my pedicure and the owner walked up to her to tell her to go do another customers nails and asked if it was ok! No it’s not ok she is doing my feet right now! The manager then said I will do it we not loosing customer because of her! Hello I am a customer! A basic pedicure no massage or anything special, gel polish with a design, $73.00. Totally not worth it! I did leave my lady a 20.00 tip because I felt sorry for her. Her boss/ owner is a horrible person!

I will say if you want your nails to look good then yes go here. I have no complaints about the end results of my service. The service itself isn’t worth the price I could easily go somewhere else get a better service, and the same end results. It was very rushed from check-in until leaving, and I mean rushed to the point where I ended up with multiple cuts and bleed from the techs service. I gave this place three separate chances with three different techs. All three times the end results as I said were fine, but the service was mediocre at best. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere to be pampered for your self-care days, but if you just need a quick nail service not the worst option in this area.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming which I really appreciate. I think prices are a little too high for the quality of the service. I got a dip powder manicure and it hasn’t even been two days and it’s already chipping.

This place is ok. Definitely not the best nail salon around the area. The place is clean and people are nice. The quality of service is not five star tho. I got a gel pedicure. It was very painful and rough on my skin. Definitely didn’t make me feel relaxed or comfortable. Price is kinda high as well.Wouldn’t recommend this place.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for dip. My nails started chipping the day after I got them done. It’s now been 1 week since I’ve got them done and every single nail has a chip in it. Seems like a hostile work environment for the employees too.

This was the worst nail experience of my life. The website had stated that an acrylic full set was $55. The nail technician kept trying to overcharge me by $10-$15. Not only that, as she was doing my nails, she told me that shaping is $5 extra and so is LENGTH because it takes “too much time.” On top of overcharging, I asked her to do a simple devils tail design on one finger and she messed not once, but twice. When I asked her to redo it because it looked TERRIBLE, she complained she would have to redo the whole nail. The final product has red nail polish on my white nail and she did not fix it. Lastly, the acrylic was placed incorrectly and is not filled, thus making it look ingrown. I highly recommend not coming to this place.

Stopped in for a no chip manicure with Min. She was fantastic! Ive gone to a number of nail salons for no chip, and her service was on par. Shes been in the business for over 6 years and you can tell given her extreme efficiency, along with visible OCD with cleanliness. Love it!She spent time providing color recommendations and was very personable. Good with social cues and awareness on timing.I will definitely ask for Min next time I stop in.

We went to the location in Old Town on my birthday. It wasnt super fancy, but they were able to fit us in with little notice, prices reasonable for a no chip manicure, and they also had a groupon deal! We drank prosecco while getting our nails done and my friend and I both enjoyed ourselves.

Jane is by far the sweetest and best person I’ve ever had do my nails. She was super patient when I wanted to change the color and she brought me so many options to make sure I got the right color. If you go ask for Jane you will not be disappointed.

I’ve tried this place a few times. Never a good pedicure (they go as fast as possible and do the bare minimum, no one seems like they want to be there) but I keep coming back because it is reasonably priced. Today, I had an appt, waited almost 30 min past my appointment time for them to tell me no one is available to do my pedicure. I would have appreciated them being up front when I arrived so I didn’t wait so long for nothing. They did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to make it better and basically just said goodbye. I will not be back.

My husband and I have been coming here for about 4 years now, and we love Narina and Mindy! They are so sweet and do a fantastic, long lasting job. We would definitely recommend both of them!

Called and made 9:30am appointment for myself and for my mom. When we arrived they said we had no appointment even though my name was written down on a piece of paper in front of her. The manager was extremely rude and did not apologize for their mistake and had to clean a chair as they were not ready for our appointments. In the mean time they took someone who showed up after us while making us wait. After waiting 20 minutes the manager had ONE chair ready for two people. I had a similar experience several years ago with the same manager. Will NEVER go back.

Went there for a bachelorette. Loved the BYOB. Everyone was very nice and accommodating to us. It was a great atmosphere and the bride was so happy with the experience.

Tatiana is amazing! However after 5+ years the quality and atmosphere has gone down. Having to wait for service with appointment or cancellation without being informed. Bathrooms are not cleaned, no paper towels or soap in the bathroom. I will not be returning for rude service! Receptionist today was VERY rude.

Polish and Pour is not for black people. We received the Express Pedicure, but were charged for the Classic. When we went to cash out, we explained this to the owner and she made a scene. She brought the technicians to the front of the store to embarass us, and threatened to pull the cameras. We agreed to look at the cameras. The owner then charged for the Express and called us liars.

We made an appointment for my daughter and myself to get pedicures and we had Narina and Tanya and they are amazing!! Super nice and accommodating with her being in a wheelchair!! We also had ourselves waxed by Narina on Friday and couldn’t be happier!! This place is A++!!!!’

I went in to get a pedicure and the woman was done in 20 minutes. All the places I go to in the suburbs spend at least 45 minutes and they are a lot cheaper! Also, the lady at the front desk was not friendly at all. I will definitely not be back....

The salon was clean and the technician was nice but my manicure lasted 1 day. I had 2 nails chip by the next day and 4 more 2 days later.

Went for a bachelorette party. Its a little hard to find, its next to the Starbucks, and they actually share an entrance. It was a nice nail salon. BYOB, so we brought mimosas and some snacks. They have a mini fridge for you to store your drinks, and they would bring them to you when you needed a refill, which was very nice! The one downer was there was construction going on next door, which was very noisy. I know theres not much they can do about that. Hopefully for their sake its done soon!

Ive been coming here since I moved to Streeterville 4 years ago. I have never stuck with a nail salon longer than a week until I found this place. It is my go to and they always do an amazing job. The place is clean and everyone is nice. My only gripe would be that they play the same episodes of Sex and the City over and over again. I wish they would get some more episodes to watch!

From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out it was amazing I took my wife and 2 daughters to get a no chip and classic manicure and the staff there were very nice to us and attentive my ladies loved there nails and we will be back.

My technician was perfect. Dont know her name and she s Asian. On the contrary, the service at the reception was terrible , different reasons, waste of time, she sent me to another shop and then I need to be back. Bad understanding and communication between services.

Really friendly service and great pedi, but would definitely not recommend for a gel mani. Their prices are higher than other salons in the area so I was surprised that my gel manicure was much lower quality than I’m used to... there is gel polish unevenly and sloppily painted onto my cuticle...looks sloppy and started peeling back after a few days as a result.

I walked into this nail salon and the girl working the desk was getting her nails done as she greeted me. It was 5:48 pm. I realize it was a last minute walk in but I asked for a gel manicure. The girl said oh sorry we are closed. I was surprised since I checked the hours before I came in and also on the door before I walked in, both which said 6:30 pm. I responded by saying oh I thought you closed at 630. She said oh no we close at 615. Well it is 548 pm. So regardless, they werent closed. Again I realize it was a last minute walk in, however as a salon owner myself I think an option would have been nice. A gel manicure Shouldnt take more than 45 minutes. So if they closed at 630 that should have alotted enough time... but if they did close at 6:15 like she said then asking if there was something else she could have done for me probably would have been the best option. This is awful service. Mostly bc it was clear she was most concerned about getting her own nails done.

Took my granddaughter there for spa day, we had Rico, we didnt schedule a specific person, Glad we got Rico. Full set of Mani-Pedi, never had it done neater and cleaner by anyone else, Will definitely go back again, probably take my girlfriends, but I will be the one Asking for Rico.

Had a scheduled appointmentfor my daughters 14th birthday for their classic manicure and pedicure. They only did a polish change on her. When I complained to the person in charge, there was no offer to start over and do it right. They just gave a perfunctory sorry and said wed only be charged for that. Poor, rushed and uncaring customer service. We wont be back.

Great nail spa with excellent prices especially during the week, $48 mani pedi. They also play Sex in the City so it is a hour or so of pure enjoyment as you relax. Always call and make a appointment as they get booked up really fast. Great for parties too and BYOB.

Love this place, the Old Town location is better, but you get 1st class treatment here as well.

Rude when I came in. Just got my eyebrows done and both sides of my brows are burnt from the oil. Great first impression. Wont be returning.

Prices are so high for a gel manicure that took 1.5 hours. It doesn’t look half as good as where I normally go, and I paid almost $15 more AND wasted time. Won’t go back.
