I wish you could receive 0 stars. Western Union does not require you to use your middle initial, so why would I have to get the sender to call and add it. Especially for the amount l was receiving. This place is a joke

Never had to have somebody send me WU, with my middle name as in my state ID. For over 5 years, never have heard of this but somehow I cant collect money because the order only had my First and Last name as required.

I had a friend stuck at the Greyhound station on W.Harrison St. In Chicago they were hours from Home and needed WU quick I located this place called for help the lady was rude sleepy and offered no help just we open n hung up Sad... Looks scary anyway I just drove and picked up my buddy thats what friends are for!!!
