I have been working for Modern Talent for a few months now and all I can say is that the experience has been outstanding! The team has been wonderful with communication and engagement! The onboarding process was quick and easy and I felt very prepared for my first shift. I love the flexibility that this position gives me. I can work a ton of shifts if I want or I can take the entire week off if I want. Also they have periodic events that are big and high profile which has been really fun. Overall great company to work for!

Standards are high, but easy to meet if you follow the clearly communicated instructions. The team is always happy to answer any questions that pop up before or during your shifts. I love the flexibility-- only apply for shifts that work well for you!

Do not work for this company- they only care about themselves and do not sympathize with their employees. They will charge you EXTREME fees when you can’t give them 72 hours notice that you can’t make it to an event. They also pay you extremely late so that they can keep your money in case you can’t make it to an event.
